This is the third dehumidifier I have had from Ebac. Delivery on time and the machine does exactly what it says it does. I don't have to think about it at all except to empty it when it's done its job.

Dehumidifier best I've used
Delivery was quick. The dehumidifier is easy to use and works really well. I bought it to dry washing on my airer and prevent mould. The control panel makes it so easy to choose the right setting. Very happy, would recommend.

There is a lot more facilities available than I would expect from a dehumidifier, The issue is the 3rd party App, which means the screen on the machine differs slightly from the screen on the App, and instructions manual

Ebac is my number 1 for dehumidifier…
Ebac is my number 1 for dehumidifier needs. I'm a long time customer currently having 2 myself and now both grown up daughters own one for their properties. This latest purchase being for my youngest daughter.
With a 5yr warranty the confidence in the appliance is deserved. I once needed a repair many years ago on my 1st ever early basic humidistat style Ebac, a seized fan motor and after a simple phone call it was collected by courier, repaired and returned by courier all within a matter of days.

Superb Ebac 2150e (12L)
I bought the Ebac 2150e (12L) two weeks' ago. This is my first dehumidifier. It is excellent. Robust, well designed and quiet. Over the first 72 hours, it reduced relative humidity from 75% to 58%, and extracted c.9 pints of water from the room. The smart function is terrific, as it learns my routine, and draws moisture at the right time. My tip - build a routine and try to keep to it. Release as much bathroom steam using the extractor or an open window, while keeping the door closed. Then, after around 25 minutes, open the door and let the Ebac do the rest. I was persuaded to buy the Ebac in part by the business owner's honest and clear video explanation of how his products work- not a salesman, but an engineer who really knows his product. I'd highly recommend this company and product to anyone thinking of buying it. It's also nice to buy British and support skilled British jobs. Thank you for a good purchasing experience.

Ebac best choice for essential dehumidifier
Easy to order & quick delivery. Bought 4650e to replace our old (but still working) dehumidifier. Early days, but the smart feature seems to be working well. Machine turns on & off throughout the day. Tend to be filling the water tank after 20 hours. Ebac are more expensive than most other brands; on a par with Meaco dehumidifiers. Went for this brand as it's made in the UK & adapted to the UK climate. Also comes with a 5 year warranty. Arrived quickly.
