The Ebac dehumidifier works well.
Because of the relatively wet environment we live in we mainly dry our washing on a pulley. We hang the clothes up in the early evening! With the dehumidifier on the washing is usually dry the following morning.
The house also feels more comfortable. .

Dealing with a UK company you can trust.
This is the 3rd Ebac dehumidifier I've bought over the years. One I had to return for repair during the warranty period and it was returned to me, repaired in the same week.
Particularly like the laundry setting on these models. Looking forward to many years of trouble free service.

Dehumidifier 4000 series
First time buying a dehumidifier went to Ebac as i had a washing machine from them before and Ebac provided great back up service for my washing machine. Brought the dehumidifier for my plant room to reduce the humidity to a certain level which it does it is also great i can Control from my phone, pleased with product and its made in the U.K.

My third EBAC de-humidifier is , so far, performing as expected and doing an excellent job .
The ‘next day delivery’ was upset by ordering on a Friday but , nevertheless, very satisfactory. Well packed and perfect in all ways.

I am very glad I purchased the Ebac 4650 dehumidifier after seeing it was recommended in The Guardian. It has been running for a few days now, since mid September, and once I stopped trying to take control (by turning it off at night and repeatedly changing the modes) and just allowed it to do its job in Smart Mode, I could appreciate just how good it really is.
I live in a 1925 3- bed semi with a timber suspended living room floor. The humidity throughout the house is now consistently below 60%, and it is 10% less than it normally would be at time of year and with this sort of weather. I believe this dehumidifier will mean an end to condensation on our bedroom windows and worrying about drying washing indoors fully and the damage it might cause.
The door to get into the water tank is a bit flimsy, I see it as part of it's charm. The water tank is incredibly easy to remove, empty and replace. I wish there was a notification for a full tank, but now I just empty it the same time every day, as part of my daily routine, and this is more than sufficient. My only minor complaint is the Chinese app, which I believe has been covered in other reviews.
Ordering, notifications a d delivery were all excellent and the warranty was emailed to me as soon as my product was dispatched.
Overall an excellent product, entirely fit for purpose and a very happy customer. Thank you, Ebac!
