Ebac Ltd Reviews 

This is our second Ebac dehumidifier. Both in use. Our ground floor bedroom (at sea level by a river & a solid wall construction) was always at 70%+ humidity even this summer. The Ebac has dropped it to below 60 or 55%!

I bought the 4000 series Dehumidifier on the 31st August. Previously had an older model that was 10 years old and still working . Give that one to a relative , upgraded to the Ebac 4000 21 liter which is an improvement. Ordered the wheels (which are a optional extra) via online Website, on a bank holiday they arrived 2 days later. Very pleased with the Dehumidifier and the after sales service. Would clearly Ebac products

Very easy order process and delivered quickly. I have used an Ebac dehumier for years in a static caravan and it's been brilliant. Needed one for the house now so brought British and the best.

Product was meant to be delivered a week ago but still hasn’t shown up. Customer service provided a quick response to my complaint but nothing has been resolved even though they said they’d resolved it.

Everything went smooth from order to delivery. Only just started to use dehumidifier but my last Ebac lasted for 30 years so confident this will be ok.

Did some research on dehumidifiers before deciding on Ebac which led me to a YouTube review on dehumidifiers and one of them mentioned was the Ebac 3850e (21L). From here I went to the Ebac website which was packed with useful information. I particularly like that it’s a U.K. company and that it has the smart sensor technology developed with the U.K. climate in mind. It’s energy efficient and has so far in the short time of using been everything and more than I hoped it would. Delivery was efficient and arrived within a few days.

Fabulous dehumidifier. Pretty much sums it up. They are cheap to run, great to move around on casters and wow, they do exactly what they were built to do, keep moisture from our homes. I have 2 and have purchased one for my son in his flat.

Excellent device. Dries everything!! If left on without any restrictions (I forget to shut the window) looks like it will dry the earth! Love it!
Reasonable noise, not too loud.

I had an Ebac dehumidifier years ago which sadly stopped working. Having tried various other makes they didn’t seem to do such a good job hence I purchased a new Ebac and am delighted with it.
Easy to order, straightforward delivery and very sensible packaging.

Wanted to keep my guitars at around 55% RH, my ebac does the trick. I’ve got an older version which is still working well in the utility room. Great products.

I needed new filters for my dehumifidier. Finding and ordering them on the website was easy and they were delivered within a few days.

Ordered online and it turned up within a couple of days. First dehumidifier I’ve had and wouldn’t consider another brand. Well constructed quality product. Plugged the 4000 series in 6 months ago and haven’t switched it off since. I live in a 3 bed semi (probably the most common house in the UK) without cavity walls but with modern doors and windows with central heating. so black mould in areas can be a problem. I put this machine on the landing, and it halted it completely and also dried the walls out. It also helps to circulate warm air when the heating is on so the house temperature seems more consistent. Drying washing out overnight is very much the unsung hero of this machine too. Any additional electricity usage could only be measured by me as negligible but in real terms I’d say it’s not made any difference. This could also be helped since I’m not using the dryer anymore. The noise at night is something you get used to. Since any noise in the middle of the night sounds loud, this was a worry, but when it runs all night the actual sound fades into the background. Emptying the water container is very quick and easy, usually about once a day on average. The initial cost of this machine might seem high but I genuinely feel it warrants it. We all know that buying quality is often more expensive but for that you get British design engineering, british manufacturing, British quality often not found anywhere else in the world. Coupled with its been designed for the unique weather we have in this country, you should by this dehumidifier.
