Absolutely love the drying tent
Absolutely love the drying tent! It woks really well in my caravan when I’ve done the washing and put the them on the airer, pop the tent over, set the dehumidifier to the laundry mode before I go to bed and in the morning I’ve got dry clothes! LOVE IT!

Love Ebac
Love Ebac, just purchased our second dehumidifier. Easy to set up on the WiFi, works perfectly, app is easy to navigate as well. I added a caster kit and spare filter as well. I’ll be honest I didn’t really need to purchase a new one but I kind of felt sorry for the old unit, it’s given faultless service in the 4-5 years that I’ve had it. The new kit is awesome so it’s time for an upgrade. 5 star British manufacturing.

Sorry worse washing i have ever had
Sorry worse washing i have ever had , it won't spin , stops half way through a cycle. I spend half my time putting it through a wash cycle and then a spin cycle because it is still sopping wet. Really disappointed i was looking forward to supporting uk manufacturing, waiting time for a engineer also disappointing .

Great product and worth the money.
Highly recommend this dehumidifier: we already have one, so kept with the same brand as it’s effective and efficient. Ordered directly from the manufacturer: free and fast delivery - it was here 3 days later.
Whilst this isn’t cheap, it’s a good investment that’s quickly improved the room, so I understand why it’s the go-to brand in the trade.

Ebac 4650e Smart dehumidifier
Having already purchase this product (which is still working perfectly after 3 years) before, I knew it was a very good product (4650e Smart dehumidifier). It was even better as I received a discount from Ebac, their service was outstanding.
There was an issue with the delivery company driver (he didn't turn up on the date and time specified but sent a message saying "sorry I missed you"), BUT this in no way was Ebac's fault. This was a bad delivery driver employed by DPD.

I'm being asked for a review when I…
I'm being asked for a review when I haven't even received my washing machine. Ebac and ArrowXl do not communicate, they don't appear to know what the other is doing. My order didn't arrive so rescheduled delivery. Then informed machine damaged, Ebac arranging a replacement. That's as much as I know. And I've now received this request for a review!!!

Unfortunately, when they inspected the item, they found that it had been damaged and were unable to complete the delivery. They then notified us of the damage, and as soon as we received this information, we contacted you to discuss the next steps.
I can also see that we arranged a replacement and confirmed that you were happy to proceed with this, which you accepted.
We understand that receiving a review request before your replacement has arrived is frustrating. These invitations are sent automatically based on the order timeline and aren't triggered by whether delivery has been completed. Dependable Dehumidification.
This is my second Ebac dehumidifier, and I now have one upstairs and my new one downstairs. I chose Ebac again because they've proven to be exceptionally reliable. They look good, operate quietly, and simply get on with extracting a surprising amount of moisture from the air.
My original Ebac, which I bought around three years ago, is still going strong. My only criticism is that if it's unplugged, it seems to forget everything it has learned about the environment and has to start from scratch. I'm not yet sure whether the new 4000 Series behaves in the same way. It's only a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.
One of the biggest improvements on the new model is the app. It's excellent for monitoring the temperature, humidity, fan speed, and operating mode, and you can adjust all of these settings remotely from your phone wherever you are. It even notifies you when the water tank needs emptying.
Talking of the water tank, the bucket design is superb. It's easily one of the simplest and least messy dehumidifiers I've ever emptied. Combined with the reusable filter and clear, colourful display, it's a very well thought-out product.
It's been quietly humming away ever since it arrived, and I'm already noticing it switching itself off more frequently as it removes excess moisture and learns the conditions in my home.
At this point, I honestly wouldn't buy any other brand. Knowing that it's designed and made here in Britain is another plus, and based on my experience over the last three years, I have every confidence that this one will be just as dependable.

Supreme is the theme....Eback is a dream!
We live in a two bedroom flat which at certain times did attract surface mildew, discolouration and condensation staining on walls and in wardrobes due to trapped room moisture. This became more apparent during cold weather when windows were closed, heating was on and clothing got dried internally. In addition, a stale musty odour lingered in affected rooms.
In the past we have used disposable moisture absorbers, both the static and hanging types which to some extent did help. However, recently we discovered more than usual mildew had spread to further areas including a mattress in a spare room. After working hard to eradicate the mildew we decided a good reliable dehumidifier would now be essential so having researched appropriate outlets plus the internet we chose the Ebac2250E which was accurately recommended by the company for our type of accommodation.
Oh boy, what a difference this superb product makes! And the company were right. Absolutely perfect for our flat! Within a few hours of switching it on, we could feel the whole atmosphere becoming drier throughout the entire flat and the collected water extracted, more than confirmed this!
Another noticeable facet was that using the shower now created very little or no condensation thus making it so easy to clean afterwards which saved so much time! Similarly, the mirrors in the bathroom didn't steam up as they did before!
In addition, clothes in the wardrobes were not feeling cold or damp any more and the stale musty odour had thankfully disappeared!
This Ebac dehumidifier is just incredible and of course cooking meals in the kitchen creates no steam or condensation at all, it all gets extracted before it gets the chance to linger. We cannot recommend Ebac more highly, moreover would advise the following;
Should you be plagued with the problems we had - condensation, mildew and lingering stale musty odours please don't hesitate. Contact Ebac for their guidance in recommending their most appropriate dehumidifier for you. You won't regret it!
Lastly, our particular dehumidifier came with a 4 year warranty and should you purchase direct from the company as we did, registration is automatically done for you. Good luck!
