We have used Embrace before and always been very happy with the service. Natasha Khan dealt with our mortgage and Anais Middleton dealt with our Income Protection plans. Both were very good at guiding and advising us through our choices. They worked hard to get us the best deals and were very patient when we were slow to understand the financial jargon! They explained everything fully, were friendly, polite and answered any questions we had. We were very pleased with the service.

I approached Simon regarding help to re-mortgage to pay off my ex partner and from the start he was very helpful as there were a few issues with obtaining a high street lender but he persevered and sourced a lender and got me the best deal under the circumstances he took a bit of the weight off my shoulders during a stressful time the communication was excellent and it only took approximately 4 months to complete excellent service

We needed to remortgage and had used Anne before and were very pleased to see that she was still able to help us once again and through Embrace Financial Services, as always Anne is extremely thorough and a fantastic advisor throughout the process. Just picked up the keys to my house today!
