Always have had great experience, from my first time using embrace like 9 years ago I think before they were brought out until now I've never had any issues. luckily I've had the best advisor (Chris Why aye, man)who has seemed to of been their from the start, and has advised and sorted out my affairs a number of times over the years and I always end up with a good deal and happy when everything is sorted, Chris is a pleasure to work with. definitely recommend using Embrace for mortgage.

Buying our first home came sooner than expected when our landlord decided to sell the property.

As first-time buyers with very little knowledge of the process, it felt quite overwhelming at the start. We were introduced to EFS through an estate agent and are incredibly glad we reached out.

Chris has been fantastic from day one. He took the time to explain our options clearly, talk us through each stage of the process, and set out what needed to happen and when. His guidance immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that we were making informed decisions.

One thing that really stands out is Chris's ability to balance professionalism with a great sense of humour. Buying a home can be stressful and confusing, but his approachable nature and well-timed light-heartedness have made the journey much more enjoyable.

We're still part-way through the process, but Chris's support, honesty and expertise have been invaluable. Without his help, we'd probably still be scrolling through property listings, trying to work out what to do next.

What we appreciate most is the open and honest advice. No question has ever felt too small or too silly, and Chris has always been willing to help and explain things clearly.
