The phone was collected from home by Royal Mail who brought the prepaid label. I received payment the next day when the phone was delivered. So really quick. Good communications at every stage. I received an offer for my default…
I received an offer for my default Apple Watch of £33, and then an email saying that, after examination, they will offer me £10.
The offer never mentioned a possible £33 offer.

After inspection, the Apple Watch was found to be boot looping, which affects the device value significantly compared to a fully working unit. We always try to offer fair prices based on the condition received, including for faulty devices.
We did offer a free return if you didn’t wish to proceed with the updated quote, however the revised offer was accepted and payment was made the same day.
We appreciate you giving Envirofone a try and will take your comments on board regarding how condition-related pricing is explained.
