I was recommended to use this site by my brother (who had a very good experience whereby the Envirofone team gave him a better price than he first thought as they said he had undersold himself on his iPhone - very honest of them!)
I wanted to trade in my latest iPhone and received a better price than the Apple Store (with the bonus that I would receive cash and not an Apple gift card which would be more limiting to use).
I submitted the request, sent the phone off, and received acknowledgement of receipt of the phone and payment within 2 days.
It was seamless and so very easy. I’ll never go anywhere else for to trade in my phones!
