Best avoided
Would not recommend. Got a quote of £125 to sell my Garmin Instinct 2 Solar. It's in great condition, fully functional, with no wear and tear to the screen, bezel or housing, no damage to the display including dead pixels, no water damage, the battery holds a charge and functions normally and there are no missing parts. I sent my watch off and was very surprised to receive a revised offer of £50 because of signs of wear to the strap! The strap is fully functional as I literally took it off my wrist to do a factory reset before popping it in the post to Envirofone. And a new strap would cost between £20 and £30 so cannot understand why the offer was more than halved.
The only positive thing I will say is that they returned my watch to me quickly so that I could sell it to a competitor and am now quids in!
Responding to Envirofone's response: To your first point, there is no mention about wear and tear to the strap in the description of what you class as 'excellent condition' on the website, you merely state "no missing parts, including straps/bands". And, for your information, £125-£34.99=£90.01 NOT £50. To your second point, "we have recently reduced the prices we are offering", this should apply to all offers made after the price reduction has been introduced, not applied to all outstanding offers including those made at the higher amount before the price change was introduced. The fact that you have moved the goalposts indicates to me that Envirofone is not a trustworthy service provider and for that reason I could not and would not recommend Envirofone. My negative review of Envirofone therefore remains exactly as it is.

Hi Amber, sorry to hear you were unhappy with the experience. I believe two things have happened here, firstly we have priced the new strap in which looks to be about £35 on the Garmin site. Secondly we have recently reduced the prices we are offering for these on site and the team have incorrectly taken your revised price from that updated price. However we are always happen to return rejected item quotes are of charge which I believe was the case.
As a follow up Amber we have admitted an error in the repricing by the team, we have been fully transparent about that, if we were not trustworthy we would not have taken ownership of this - I think you may have misunderstood the initial reply.
Fast processing time
Offer for trade in was great, time scale for picking up item and processing was excellent and not a long wait for payment.
