Paid over £700 for an order that never arrived and the company refuses to take responsibility. They claim it was “delivered” but the proof shows it was signed for by someone unknown and not at our address. Despite repeated follow-ups they haven’t refunded us, opened a proper investigation, or provided any meaningful update.

Customer service is defensive and unhelpful, endless delays, excuses, and zero accountability. This has been an expensive and time-consuming mess. Do not trust them with time-sensitive or high-value orders.

Emailed several times for a quote, never received a response. Including having called.

This was a 2nd purchase with Everything Branded (different company branded items this time) Although my first shopping experience was over 2.5 years ago and was excellent, i felt that there were a few too many "follow up" emails to make a decision for the company. This time the experience was by far the best service I have had. Partick, has the patience of a saint :-) with me asking for several different designs for differeent items, nothing was too much trouble, and neither was it for the design team so thank you Patrick and design team (Paul & Ivan) for your patience, professionalism and being so courteous. :-)

Ben Jones provided a great customer service from start to finish, being my first time ordering from Everything Branded UK communication was clear making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ben Jone's customer service is phenomenal.
Emails are always prompt and he also makes the effort to call also. The products are fabulous quality! Will be ordering from them regularly.

I was looking for some branded books with matching pens but also wanted to include 3 pages of company information within the books (Tipin pages). I dealt with Ben Jones who could not have been more helpful. Ben took the time to make sure I was happy with the design and offered excellent advice as to what would work best. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was engaging to deal with. The books and pens have now arrived and have exceeded my expectations. The quality of book and pen is very high. The worst customer service ever failed to deliver - poor customer service missed a deadline for event - if you need event material do use this organsation the amount of extra stress money down the drain.

I can not say this Strong enough stay away

Purchased branded coffee mugs and was disappointed with both the quality and the service. Several mugs arrived scratched, and the printed logo looked faded, as if it had already been washed off. After lengthy back-and-forth emails, we agreed on a 50% refund, which was never issued. Since then, the company has ignored every follow-up, refusing to take responsibility. Unreliable seller with poor product quality and even worse customer service. Strongly do not recommend.

Poor product, poor customer service, poor comunication, avoid this company

We use EverythingBranded to supply our branded merchandise, workwear, and PPE, and the service has been excellent from start to finish. The quality of the products is consistently high, our branding always looks spot-on, and orders are delivered on time.

What really stands out is their customer service, responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get exactly what we need. Whether it’s a large PPE order or promotional items for events, EverythingBranded has been a reliable partner we can count on.

Poor service from accounts after getting the information on the invoice wrong, not including brand details, would not update this after the fact to include a brand name ended up costing our company the value of the order. I won't be using them again.

Scam of a company - DO NOT USE

⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs.

We placed a large order worth £6,900 for hundreds of items, intended for our students. Not a single product was ever delivered. The company initially promised us a full refund, but more than three months later we have received nothing.

This has caused huge disappointment for our students and serious financial loss for us. Communication from the company has been evasive, with constant excuses and broken promises.

In our experience, this company has taken the money and failed to deliver either the goods or the refund. Based on what we’ve gone through, I would strongly advise others not to trust them with your money. Legal action will follow.

Someone called Jay Serrano is absolutely useless and was responsible for our original order.

Completely useless. Made an order far in advance for a very important corporate event.

Not only did the team lie about the items being dispatched, leaving us with no merchandise for the event.

But when it came to them actually sending out the order mid event, we received someone else’s order.

Save your time and go elsewhere.
