Neat efficient fire
Neat fire that is surprisingly realistic and not very noisy. Gives out a lot of heat. It has doors on the front which do not open. Controls are on the side in easy reach. The top should be kept clear . Delivery prompt and item well packaged.

Quick service
Quick service, kept informed re delivery. A very nice product good quality. The only downside is the top fitting unit is extremely heavy and needs two strong people to get from kerbside pallet delivery into house and attach to base. Very pleased with completed project.
