Order rook much longer to ship than their website stated when I ordered BUT i see they've now updated the website to reflect a more accurate timeframe. I reached out to customers service about where my order was and they responded within 24 hours as they said they would. The tracking is good, the product is excellent. I had a lot of reservations about ordering this and was very careful at checkout because they prompt you to buy additional items, but I got just what I ordered and no more. The bra appears to be well made.

Had to get a new size
So I ordered one size and then realized it didn't fit right so I ask for a new size and with no problem they shipped new ones with a different size they came very quick like they size they would and they were in great condition I recommend this place for nice and comfortable bras for the price 😊

The support team is absolutely amazing
The support team is absolutely amazing! My order was running late so I sent him a message trying to figure out what was going on and you get an actual person responding to you. They got back to me real quick it wasn't even 24 hours and they're extremely helpful and they're super nice. I have to say it's one of the best experiences I've had

I had purchased some items that were to small for me. So sent a message to customer service and they got back to me quickly and sent me out a different size. It was nice of them to do that and I didn't need to send back the wrong size or pay extra. That's the way companies should be!!! Thank you 😊

Stellar Customer Service
My 5 start rating goes to the customer service i received with Floral Secrets (Kelly Davidson). The clasp on the bra I ordered did not work, so I reached out to customer service and they were great with replacing the bra. The bra arrived but it didn't fit because it was mismarked. I ordered a 40D and even though it had a tag that said 40D, I took a measuring tape to it and it was actually 30" not 40". I wrote Kelly again letting them know they may have a batch of bras with the wrong sizing. They then sent a third bra that was the right size. The quality of the bra is very nice. I will be honest, the cup size was a little smaller than a D but it could be that my cup size grew a little as I put on a little weight. It's been awhile since I bought a bra. I am hoping that if I lose some weight the cup will fit better, but overall I am very happy with the quality and ESPECIALLY with the customer service.

SCAM ALERT !!!
They take forever to get your order on top of that there cup sizes are 5 cups too small then what you order and they offered to semd out a free replacement order to correct sizing without sending back origional order but then charged my card for the second order that was still the wrong size so its a scam all the way around
