They take forever to get your order on top of that there cup sizes are 5 cups too small then what you order and they offered to semd out a free replacement order to correct sizing without sending back origional order but then charged my card for the second order that was still the wrong size so its a scam all the way around

Unfortunate but understandable
While my bra did not fit I am a much larger woman so it is something I am used to.
However Kelly was extraordinarily helpful when I contacted regarding the non fitting issues.
She gave me options to resolve my concerns and was polite and helpful the whole way through.
The bra itself is absolutely beautiful and would be even more stunning on!

Buyer beware!!.... Sizes are completely wrong and are very small and definitely not for larger ladies... I ordered 1 bra and the website automatically ordered another 5 for me!!... When they arrived and didn't fit, I contacted customer service, who offered to replace them... I said I was not prepared to go through the process of to and fro with the sizes and I would like a refund... They said, very politely, that I could keep the bras and they would refund me 25% of the price!!.... I objected very strongly and ask to send them back...they were very reluctant to give me a return address and upped their offer to 50%!!... I then told them they were breaking the law by not refunding the full amount of an item that was not fit for use and I would report them to PayPal and Facebook!!.... remarkably!... I have now received a full refund and was told I could keep the bras!!

Excellent customer service
I ordered a bra from this company, first off they are very pretty but they run very small. So the size you normally wear isn’t right with their bras. I emailed customer service and was answered quickly. I told them my problem and they told me to keep the too small bra, send them my measurements and they sent me a new bra that fits. This company has excellent customer service and their bras are so pretty.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They added two extra bra packs to my original order of ONE bra and charged my PayPal without my consent. I emailed to cancel the order immediately but they said it had already gone through (even though it was within 10 mins)! I have asked for a return address three times and they still haven’t given it! In response to this review they will ask me to write to their customer support service which I HAVE ALREADY DONE X 3!! I have issued a formal complaint which they haven’t emailed a response to. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and they have said they will respond by 1st Jan!!! Absolutely appalling company, should not be able to operate!

The team at floral secrets, especially Claire, went above and beyond to try and help me find what I was looking for with their company. 10 out of 10 ranking for their customer service, I’m honestly so impressed with the level of professionalism I was shown throughout our emails. Unfortunately, the product that I bought and then had replaced still didn’t fit, but I cannot stress enough how incredible the team working for the company is. I will most likely buy from this company again purely based on the customer service level I was given.

I was so EXCITED when I found this bra and it came in the mail! Except I didn’t check the size guide and ordered my “normal “ size! So when I put it on it was awful! I got ahold of the company and they helped me figure out my correct size according to their chart they emailed me! I ordered a 34 C … cup perfect band not correct lol I am at 38C and it made the BIGGEST difference! I freaking LOVE this bra it’s PER! Thanks support for helping me correct my error and sending me the correct size! The one you let me keep fit my daughter! So thank you for an amazing bra and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also in the fastest timely manner possible! Don’t worry, I’m DEFINITELY ordering ALL the colors!!!

Replaced an order for
A bra and within two weeks I received over 10 bras which wasn’t my order, none of them fit and we started getting additional charges placed on to our card. I a currently having trouble to return for a full refund of all monies taken without my consent. This is a huge scam.

Lathe customer service was great. The time it took to get my replacements was a lot longer than I thought it would be. The bras are not a good fit for my body type, but are nice .

If I could give zero I would. Have ordered several bras from them and none fit correctly. Then today I find that they have taken more money from my PayPal without authorisation. Absolute scammers.

Horrible don't fall for this
Horrible don't fall for this! I can't believe I did. The clasp in the front is so uncomfortable and doesn't work which defeats the point of the bra. I have tried and tried and my hands hurt from trying to reach under my books to hood the bra that I can barely hook with it off or me. It's totally impractical.
