Product not worth the hassle!
Bra nowhere near as comfortable as they claim. Different colours in same product also different sizes! Red fits fine, nude doesn't fit. Both the Comfort Rose Bra and ordered from same page.
Check out process tedious as keep hammering you with more products that you're not actually able to view properly and the slightest wrong button press you'd end up with god knows what as you aren't able to check or review the total at the end of it!
I said no to all of these yet I was charged the same amount as my initial order again this month. When I contacted customer services, they claimed I had signed up to some service or other, which I absolutely had not - how convenient this 'service' was the same cost as my initial order ($35.98)!
They have refunded, and were quick to respond to my complaint. However, also had the cheek to continue to try and push this 'VIP service'.
As if I'd say yes to anything else - they'd probably start charging another unauthorised monthly fee!
Avoid these scammers like the plague - products are nowhere near good enough to be worth the hassle.
Edit: interesting that the reply below is similar to so many others, yet nothing has changed.

I got the wrong size originally. I dealt with Tiffany who went over and above to make sure I received the correct size and got them quickly. The bras are very comfortable and well made.

GREAT Customer Service
When my shipment arrived I found that the items were just too small. “Ellie” my customer support person was so helpful in helping me find the correct size and replacing it in a timely fashion.
I was pleasantly surprised.

Today I ordered a bra total was 25 dollars with delivery. Before checkout they were offering more bras to purchase which I ignored and continued to checkout. Later on I notice on bank statement 2 transactions for 25 dollars and 145 dollars. I emailed support straight away I got a reply saying that I had accepted the offer for additional bras. No
I didn’t I’ve contacted my bank and cancelled my card incase they take more money out. It’s just a scam 😡

Beautiful bras
I bought several of these bras because they are so beautiful and they were to big in the cup and too tight. Customer service was so good they organised a replacement quickly. They are so beautiful and comfortable. A little tricky to fasten at first but you soon get used to it. I just wish they did matching knickers.

The first bras I received did not fit…
The first bras I received did not fit due to my not measuring properly, I contacted Floral Secrets and their customer service was amazing. I dealt with Kelly who was so helpful. I offered to return the bras but she told me not to return but to remeasure myself and they would dispatch replacements. I have now received these and they are wonderful. Thank you Kelly and Floral Secrets. Would definitely recommend. A⭐️ company. Will be buying the other 3 colours also.

The communications between Ellie at Floral Secrets and me have been the best I've ever had. I had a problem with the fit and she has been so willing to find the right size for me. She is polite and patient. A few other companies should look at her for training their customer service staff.
