Long shipping times
Very Nice and High quality stuff, however shipping of worlds team shirts taking several months kinda ruined the point of the worlds kit, I expect being able to wear the worlds kit during worlds.

Hey Alex, thanks for the feedback on your experience with your 2020 Worlds kit order. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not as you expected. We had some issues last year with the supplier, and the situation with Covid-19 had a really huge impact on the delivery of the Worlds kit to our fans. We offered a refund or 2021 Free Jersey to make up for the delay to the customers.
We learned a lot from the challenges last year, and we feel really confident about the positive changes that we have made so far, as we changed the supplier and shipping time has improved a lot.
All standard Pro Kit orders are now dispatching in under 2 days.
Furthermore, custom-named apparel production is now reduced from 5-10 weeks to 1-2 weeks with the recent changes that we made to improve the customization process.
I’m hoping this gives you enough confidence to purchase from our shop again.

The pro kit 2021 I ordered was delivered in around 4/5 working days and all the products were perfect. I would only suggest adding a card in which Fnatic thanks the buyer. I am sure it would make the customers even more satisfied.
