Mr Morris did call me which is excellent news and has issued a refund, so I am glad to say that this company does make contact with customers if you have problem and resolve it expeditiously.

Great!
Was looking at a product on B&Qs website, realised it was sold via a FNX Bathrooms so just went direct to them. Quick service from them. Spoke with a friendly person who quickly resolved an issue with my order (100% my fault as ordered the wrong item).

Avoid at all costs - change of mind
My original review was really bad but once the boss Jamie saw it he made contact and gave me an immediate refund and couldn’t have been nicer, he was polite and understanding. I reordered through b & q not realising it would still come from FNX bathrooms again but this time it was a different kettle of fish they arrived within 5 days and were well packed and once Jamie knew they had been reordered he kept an eye on my order and kept me informed all of the way. Thank you so much Jamie.

Initially poor service. Eventually redeemed by James
I saw this company supplied B&Q and items priced reasonably. Ordered 2 items from the website- 1 hadnt arrived. Immediately told them via email with photo evidence, they acknowledge receipt, but as soon as I ask for a refund of the items not received, no response. Eventually had a call from James who intervened and did his best to sort the situation out - great service from him in the end.

Order not received & still awaiting refund
Ordered on 29th December but still haven’t received my order even though been given tracking number for it, emailed customer service who said they will issue a refund which would take up to 48hrs but almost a week later & still no refund & no reply to recent email chasing this up, tried calling the numbers on receipt & on website but neither seem to be working
Won’t be using again & wouldn’t recommend this company

What fantastic seller. Bought a bath tap over a year ago and recently a small part inside it failed. The seller went to great lengths to put this right and literally could not have done more and now solved. Buy in confidence. Have used again since. A++++++ seller.
