Great experience with FNX. Very reasonably priced and service was excellent, delivering extremely quickly when the builder needed to close the walls.

We also received a very personal service from senior management on an aftercare issue, that was dealt with excellently. Would definitely use again.

I received a unit that unfortunately was faulty, i spoke to Sam the same day, and the next day Sam told me that they had despatched a new unit out to. I would highly recommended not only for there customer service but the quality of the unit was great. Thanks again.

I recently placed an order and still haven't received the unit, after 4 weeks. Despite being told delivery dates and nothing. I have decided to cancel the order because I simply cannot wait any longer. I have sent several emails wanting a refund and have tried numerous calls to receive my monies. I have now received notification I will receive my refund soon. Nobody is picking up the phone. I will definitely not be using you again in the future. Awful lack of customer service.

Ordered a radiator that was slightly corroded. Emailed James who responded immediately and replacement was received less than 48 hours later. Unbelievable customer service. Cannot fault the company and would bot hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a toilet from FNX Bathrooms via B&Q's website, and it has been an appalling experience. They delivered not one but two broken toilets; both smashed due to completely inadequate packaging. Despite reassurances that the replacement would be properly packed, no care was taken, and the same issue happened again.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund and have been left with two broken toilets that I now need to dispose of myself. This entire process has caused unnecessary stress, delays to my building work, and additional costs.

FNX Bathrooms is a seller on B&Q’s website, so be careful when ordering from them. Their lack of care and responsibility is disgraceful. As a customer with disabled family members, I’ve been left feeling ignored and undervalued.

If you’re considering buying from them, read the reviews and avoid them at all costs. They clearly don’t value their customers or take accountability for their poor service.
