I had never heard of Gem Jewelers, but some Google searches led me to their site. I was comforted by some reviews and searches, but understandably, approached a new jewelry site with a bit of caution and sent an email to their address. Immediately, I got a response and my fears were put to bed. From the first interaction Melissa was the differentiator. She was so accommodating, patient and professional. She answered questions that landed me on a beautiful tennis bracelet. She then went above and beyond helping me secure an expedited delivery, texting me updates every step of the way to ensure my gift arrived on time. The day I received the product, Joe, sent me a text making sure I was happy and satisfied. The cherry on top is I ran a secondary independent appraisal and the gemologist commented on the beauty, quality and craftsmanship of the bracelet. This team is 10/10, the bracelet stunning, and I will absolutely be shopping with Gem Jewelers again - happily!

I ordered a 17-inch beautiful non flip, four-prong, natural diamond necklace for my daughter. I needed to exchange it for a 16-inch. The entire process (my original order, return, exchange, and replacement) was seamless and wonderful. I worked very closely with Melissa - she was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and genuinely helpful through every stage of my purchase and exchange experience. Even when the new 16-inch diamond necklace was delivered with a slightly loose clasp, she explained how to easily fix it. She also re-assured me that Gem Jewelers' fine jewelry pieces are all brand new and made to order. This was my first experience shopping and ordering jewelry online. Because of Melissa, I will definitely repeat my business and look to Gem Jewelers Co. again for stunning, original, fine jewelry pieces!

Great experience with Gem Jewelers! After losing a very precious diamond tennis bracelet, I went online to purchase another. Found Gem Jewelers and ordered what I thought would be a similar bracelet to the one I had lost. Received the original order, but then decided to upgrade to the next sized carat weight and returned that bracelet. In the meantime, I found the original vintage one that I had lost. Contacted Gem and, at my request, they changed my order from yellow to white gold. Long story short, I now have the 2 carat white gold crown prong bracelet from Gem and I love it so much I'm tempted to buy another one. Thanks to Melissa, Mark and the rest of the Gem team for working with me and I hope to be placing another order soon!

I shopped EVERYWHERE before buying my tennis bracelet and I mean everywhere lol. I wanted something really special with around 1ct EACH diamond and GIA certified stones so this was obviously not something I was going to just order from the first website I found. I talked to a bunch of jewelers compared diamonds prices and videos and somehow I kept coming back to Gem Jewelers Co. Joe was super patient with me even though I probably drove him crazy with all my questions 😂 He helped me pick out every detail and made me feel really comfortable with such a big purchase online. When the bracelet came I couldnt believe it the diamonds are HUGE and the sparkle is just insane. Every stone looks beautiful next to each other and you can really see the quality. Ive seen plenty of tennis bracelets in person and this is on another level. So glad I shopped around because now I know I made the right choice. Absolutely love it!!

We even did a FaceTime call where she showed me each one up close from different angles and answered every random question I had. It honestly felt like I was standing in a jewelry store instead of sitting at home in Texas while they were in LA. I finally decided on one and Im so glad I listened to her. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous. The sparkle is crazy and it lays perfectly on the neck. Pictures really dont do it justice. Ive worn it a few times already and people keep asking where I got it from. The best part of the whole experience was never feeling like I was buying online. Melissa made everything feel personal and took her time helping me choose instead of rushing me. Thats pretty hard to find these days. My husband and I have had a great experience working with Joe on the selection of a diamond tennis necklace for our 40th anniversary. We selected a necklace which was very beautiful, but changed our minds on the style. Joe worked with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. Received my necklace today. WOW WOW WOW im honestly blown away by this necklace lol i knew it was gonna be nice but i wasnt expecting it to sparkle like this. The second my girlfriend put it on we both just kept staring at it 😂 it shines like crazy and catches the light from every angle. The best part is how good it looks with the diamond pendant she already had they just go so well together like they were made as a set. I was kinda worried the necklace would be too much or take away from the pendant but it actually makes the whole look even better. She hasnt taken it off since it came and i dont think she plans on it 😂 ive looked at so many tennis necklaces online and im really happy i went with Gem Jewelers Co. The quality is on another level and it just looks expensive the second you see it. If youre thinking about getting one just do it you wont regret it one bit.

I was pressed to find a high quality tennis bracelet for my girlfriends birthday. I originally was uneasy ordering online and spending that kind of money, but Gem jewlers were extremely responsive! My recent purchase experience with Gem Jewelers is one of the best I have had. First, the jewelry is exquisite. The stones are high quality and the craftsmanship is excellent. The price point was the best I could find with online gemstone jewelry. You get exactly what you pay for, no hype, no dupe, the real deal.
The customer service is probably the best I have experienced. My initial necklace was so beautiful that I decided to increase the carat weight and get an exchange. Melissa handled the exchange and she is an expert. The response times to my inquiries were fast and thorough, clear instructions and pleasant communication. I could tell she cared that I as a customer had a great experience with Gem Jewelers. I will be a repeat customer for my jewelry needs because of the quality and care!

I made a very expensive online purchase here based on the Trustpilot reviews so it's important to relay my recent experience. 5 weeks ago I ordered an adjustable tennis necklace and was assured it would NOT flip despite its adjustable nature. It arrived and immediately flipped no matter which direction I put it on. I called in a panic and was told there was no one who could speak with me about the issue, that I needed to SCHEDULE a phone call. I emailed videos of the defective item while waiting. 4 days later/1 hour before the first available scheduled call, they asked me to cancel the call and send the necklace back so they could see it in person. They also said they would need to make it a fixed length as the clasp on the adjustable portion of the necklace was likely causing it to flip. I shipped it back that day, June 23, and I was told on June 24th that they would provide me with an update when it arrived. It arrived June 26th- no update. On July 1st I emailed and got a response that they would provide an update on July 2. No update. On July 7th I again emailed asking for an update and they blamed the holiday weekend and promised an update by end of day. No update. I emailed yet again today July 13th and have not received a response. So I paid for an expensive necklace 5 weeks ago that was not as advertised, that I no longer possess, and the customer service to address this has been non-existent. They are also advertising free diamond studs with all orders $1500+ and when I asked about that in one email I was ignored.

I just got the 4 prong tennis necklace from here, I absolutely love it. Tks to Joe and Jessica for your help, wishing your business have more and more customers in the future.

Honestly the best thing I can say about this whole experience is the customer service and quality. I went in not really knowing what I was doing, I just knew I wanted to surprise my wife with a tennis necklace and I was a little nervous about getting it right (and keeping it a secret!). Melissa and Jessica completely took the pressure off.

They were patient with all my questions, walked me through the options without ever making me feel rushed or pushed toward the most expensive thing, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right piece rather than just making a sale. The two of them basically helped me pick out the perfect necklace, and they were great about keeping the whole thing a surprise on my end too.

When the necklace finally arrived it was even more gorgeous in person than I expected. The diamonds catch the light constantly even under regular indoor lighting it has this nonstop sparkle and shine that photos honestly don't do justice. My wife absolutely loved it, her reaction was exactly what I was hoping for. The craftsmanship really stood out, you can tell it's well made the second you hold it. It has weight to it without feeling bulky, and it stays put on her neck, it doesn't flip around at all. It just feels and looks like a quality piece.

I read tons of reviews about Gem Jewelers and can say and attest these guys are the Pros!

I'll be honest, the reason I waited a while to leave this review is that I wanted to take it to our own jeweler first, just to be sure everything was as good as it seemed. I'm glad I did, because he looked it over and told us everything checked out beautifully, and that we actually got a great deal on it ( He was mad we didn't purchase from him lol). That gave me total peace of mind and made me even happier.

Update: I’m updating this review because Gem Jewelers ultimately agreed to issue me an 85% refund after approximately eight months, following mediation through the Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the matter.

The two most important things I want prospective buyers to know are:

• THE COMPANY’S EXCHANGE POLICY: EXCHANGED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

• The company’s return policy: “Items must be returned in their original condition. Defective or broken items will not be accepted for return.”

My experience began when I purchased a 5.5-carat diamond tennis necklace. I was unhappy with it because it flipped while being worn, so I exchanged it for a Riviera diamond necklace. Unfortunately, the clasp on the replacement Riviera necklace broke when I tried it on. I immediately requested to return it for a refund, but my request was denied because it was an exchange and damaged. They did offer to repair or replace the necklace.

The diamonds themselves appeared well cut, bright, and sparkly, and the staff was consistently courteous in their communications.

I’m updating my review to reflect the final outcome while also helping future customers understand the company’s return and exchange policies before making a purchase.

I would not recommend purchasing from Gem Jewelers Co.

I purchased a Riviera diamond necklace. The clasp broke the first time I tried it on. I immediately contacted the company and requested an RMA to return the necklace for a refund, but my request was denied. The company offered to repair the necklace, which I declined given that a brand-new item had already failed before any actual use.
I also observed discoloration on portions of the necklace represented as 14k gold.
In response to a complaint I filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, the company stated that the transaction was an exchange and therefore not eligible for a refund. However, at the time of the exchange, I was not informed that I would be forfeiting my right to return the item for a refund. The only reference to this limitation appeared in an electronic replacement invoice I was asked to sign, and it was not presented in a way that clearly highlighted such a significant change in return rights.

I disputed the charges with my credit card issuer. The chargebacks were declined by the merchant’s bank on the basis that the merchandise was reported as not returned or still in my possession, and the charges were ultimately upheld. I was informed by my bank that it cannot compel a merchant to issue a refund once the merchant’s bank rejects a dispute.

Based on my experience, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the company’s handling of the matter. The return and exchange terms were not clearly disclosed in a way that allowed for informed consent at the time of purchase and were applied in a way that was not transparent in practice. I hope this review helps other buyers understand the company’s practices and the limitations of credit card dispute protections when a merchant contests a charge.

I am really happy with my purchase of a tennis necklace from Gem Jewelers Co. I appreciate Jessica’s assistance and care to make sure I received my necklace before traveling out of town, so I could wear it and enjoy it!

I worked with Melissa to get an original order enlarged while keeping the existing gem sizes the same. She was super helpful in getting the requirements, return, additional cost, additions and shipment to us at the right time. We had left town and she made sure it would arrive when we had returned home. She is a priceless asset to the Gem Jewelers staff!
