Gem Jewelers Reviews

What a great experience and a spectacular ring! I was a little hesitant to order a diamond ring online, but once I spoke with Joe and he walked me through the process it could not have been easier. I searched for this ring for a couple months, and went with GEM because of the customer service and incomparable price for the quality. The ring was beyond my expectations. I could not be happier. Merry Christmas to ME!!
I will be a customer for a very long time!! Thank you Joe!!!

Bought the 15ct emerald bracelet and let me just say, it’s amazing. Working with the team here was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. This will be my jewelry spot forever. I highly recommended them!

What an amazing company to have been fortunate enough to work with. The diamond I bought is beautiful, and their willingness to help me find just the right setting, and help in picking out that setting was so important to me. They then had the stone set for me. They’re very responsive, nights, weekends, anytime I called or sent a text. The best in customer service. I would highly recommend them, and would welcome any inquiries.

Beyond stunned with my beautiful new ring. Communication was excellent and my ring shipped very quickly even around the holidays. I will be a repeat customer!

Very helpful. Very nice ring, very good value, was/is a hit with my wife!

I found Gem Jewelers online on December 29th. I talked with Yossef (Joe) and told him I needed an emerald eternity ring For New Years Day. He helped me select one in the correct size. It shipped out the next day and was on my doorstep at 10 AM on New Years Eve. After the holiday Joe contacted me with follow up to be sure I was satisfied. Customer service at its finest. G.

For the care and process while i was buying this
Literally amazing

Joe is the real deal, he over delivered!! I wanted to purchase eternity diamond bangles for my wife, everywhere I went, the jeweler either had beautiful diamonds but a crazy price tag or they had low quality diamonds at a low price. I couldn't find anyone who had excellent quality diamonds at a good price until I met with Joe. I had an idea for 3 white gold eternity diamond bangles for my wife, Joe was able to take my design, custom make them, and have them ready for Christmas. My wife cried when she received her bracelets, they were exactly what she wanted. To folks who are looking to buy from Gem Jewelers please know I've been buying my wife high-end Diamond jewelry for over 25 years . It's been hard to find an honest jeweler in the LA or NY Jewelry district ,who sells high quality jewelry at a very competitive price. I'll make it easy for you, find the jewelry design and quality you want, try to get your best price, then go to Gem Jewelers and ask for Joe. I'm sure he will beat your expectation both in quality of the diamonds and price. I look forward to a long relationship, my wife is also happy that I met someone who can interpret a dream design and then produce quality work. Thanks again, my wife absolutely loves her eternity diamond bangles.

Unbelievable. I purchased Diamond studs and they were better than expected. Great experience. This is second time buying from Gem and I have been happy both times. Highly recommend. Plus best prices!

I have been doing business with them for the entirety of their business in North Park for about 30 years. They are good honest trustworthy jewelers, I will continue to always use them for all my jewelry care and my first go to spot when purchasing.

I purchased a diamond tennis necklace from Gem Jewelers. It is absolutely gorgeous, specially thanks to the sale representative Joe. His experience in choosing the right setting and style of necklace was most helpful. My necklace isn’t any less than spectacular!
