I booked a bus trip for June 6 after midnight from Luton airport to Central London and when I arrived to Luton airport there was no bus. Only a paper saying to go to Central Luton and then take a bus from there to Central London at 6pm. When I request my money back and money to pay the taxi, they said they had information on their website and they were no paying anything. They provided a replacement. To wait 6 hours in the cold? Do they know what's the email is for?

My worst experience ever making connections to London airports with a bus company. I have hundreds of these trips.

Take other bus company or the train. The customer service is worst I have ever experienced!

living in London tier 4, we were forced to cancel our airport transfer made thru these scammers, via easy bus
when we went online to cancel, our booking was registered as "completed" although we never took a bus to the airport and London being in tier 4, probably the bus didn't even run to the airport.
so we coudn't claim any refund.
we tried to contact customer service but no reply, just an online form without any reference number or proof that you ever contacted them!

also, even you decide to cancel, the cancellation fee is 50%!! and it's no actual refund just a credit note for future trips.

Horrible experience, as a resident this is not the service we should get. I sat from luton the driver allows with a student BRP and from london inspite of having the tickets they don’t allow and took £12 for the journey which I already paid for. It’s disgusting to travel like this. Miss understanding between drivers are a big issue in this coaches. I would recommend National Express instead of this. If you are travelling from Luton to London or vice versa.

I had a booking by Wizz and it asked my to buy bus transport to Luton I have paid on site and I got e-ticket with my name in the early morning when show my ticket the driver was dump and not speaking English and he did not biking list so I paid twice as he charge me £24 for two people I think you should get ticket fro national express at list that don’t charge twice. i buy a weekly ticket every week. i pay over £3,500 a year to these muppets. and now i can't ge the app to work. i called at 6am this morning only to be told to call back later. when i need to speak to someone there is no contact number for 757. i can't get technical help for the app and i am not paying them cash to get back home. they really are worse than usless.

Terrible website. Hard to find what we are actually looking for. And some drivers are very rude to customers and not even listening to us. I have travelled many times with Greenline and this time I had a worst experiance with the driver and my overall rating is very poor.

The website is horrendous, I first had to call up to confirm my ticket was valid in a certain direction, as only the reverse direction is listed on the website.

Then I booked that journey, was charged, but no tickets were sent.

UPDATE - A week and a half later I'm still waiting for any update as to what happened to my money, very disappointed.

Bus didn't arrive to Stand E so I had to ask in other Stand If I can join, everything else is good.

I would put 0 star if I could! I purchased 2 tickets on 26th December on Megabus page. We were supposed to leave London at 4:25 am but no bus came. There were plently other people waiting for the same bus to go to Luton airport. We had to take the taxi insted, we risked to miss our flights.
When I wrote a complaint and asked for a refund, they claimed that they provided info about the schedule on Greenline service and I had to look there. But I purchased the tickets on Megabus page and there was no info. That is what matters. They failed to provide neccesary information and many people couldn't take the bus that they paid for.

Saved by Greenline on the way back to Luton from London. After we had been waiting in vain for 90 minutes for the National Express bus to pick us up, we were saved by the Greenline bus, which brought us to the airport just in time. On our way to London we noticed that the Greenline bus operates much more frequently between the airport and the city. We stood in line for one hour (our plane arrived early) for the National express bus. During this hour at least three buses from Greenline drove of to London. On the way back from London we took the fourth Greenline bus that stopped during the 90 minutes we had been waiting for the National Express (they told us the traffic was too busy). The Greenline bus has a few extra stops before it arrives at the airport, but this is compensated by the punctuality, even during busy days.

Just WOW! Just had to pay £20 for Luton to Victoria instead of £11.50 online because as per the driver: nothing else is running and company is trying to make some money. When asked if I can buy my ticket online they said: yes, but you can’t get on unless you have a printed ticket! Never again!

They have one schedule online and a completely different one at bus stop 6 for the 757 Victoria- Luton service. Waited for a bus that never came and had to purchase a new ticket from National Express.
Utter disgrace for a big company such as Aviva and both companies (National Express) have a monopoly on airport transfers and actively abuse it

racist and aggressive driver I take this root quite often as I live in Victoria and my mother in luton.

I have been trying to avoid one driver every time I take this line as I had questioned him once about a fear that I had to pay for my child that under 5 which is for free but just because I had two any way I paid he didn't like the fact I questioned it even when I have said nothing wrong any way this was 3 months ago arround August today October the 31 I took it with my two children and my sister so I went in and he was like you going to pay for your second child I said no my sister is behind me another adult as I passed the step towards the stair hi says it again in a loader voice I said no my sister his her and they both under 5 he turns towards my sister and she says if it gets bussy I will put him on my lap this is the rules.

My sister is still holding the cash in her hand instead of waiting for her to ask for adult tickets he asks her old are. You in a very rude way my sister is disabilited she's paying but under what's rule you ask for age when she didn't have the chance to ask for a ticket yet for you to questio her age. He tells him the age I said why you asking she hasn't spoken yet he came put with the most stupid excuses ever you look small. As I asked him why you asking her he turns towards me and shouts about the incident that I had with him 3 months ago about paying for my children under 5 that I wasn't happy about. I was shocked how can he remember when I only asked so not only
racist and aggressive but tney target ppl who question them. I was angry how can you ask an adult when thee paying full adult far how old are you under what rule is this. I wend off this bus and called the police I have report it as am sure he's racist and I told him he was his bus plate BP17urw that left Victoria at around 2.34pm

Unreliable service, no updates on cancellation of service and refund is impossible. They will just pass you around and give you a voucher that is basically useless. They just care all about money

Rude and ignorant. I am a disabled person (freedom pass holder) asked them for assistance at Luton airport on 17.09 9.30 depature going to Victoria - being ignored. Despite the obvious appearance as a disabled passenger using a walking aid, when the only seat was left on the bus they would not let me in and took someone from the line behind me saying I got a free ride anyway. After 20 min of waiting time when the next bus arrived I didn't get my place again - so total waiting time was 45 min. In any country in the world the amputees like me would be given an opportunity to skip the line. This bus company obviously has no respect for disabled people. The person in charge was clearly enjoying himself having a full control over the crowd. He was agitated and loud, not really smiley or pleasant. I don't need their "free rides" anymore and if you want a first class service and your dignity undamaged - avoid the "Greenline" buses. I might sound too picky but journey itself was behind the schedule and very bumpy.

Bad, don't pick Green line bus service to Windsor from London. Didn't make his stop and left us on the bus to and took his break.
