Good Quality Training Clicker
The product is good quality although I haven’t used it yet. A training clicker. £18.99 bit pricey I do however think the postage was a little slow.

Good morning Liz,
Thank you for your review – we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of the training clicker.
We’re sorry to hear you felt the delivery was a little slow. Just to reassure you (and others reading), your order was placed on the 9th, dispatched on the 11th, and delivered on the 12th via Royal Mail Tracked 24 – so it arrived well within our advertised delivery timeframes.
In terms of pricing, we always work hard to remain competitive, and at the time of your order we were among the best-priced UK retailers for the ACME clicker, while still ensuring genuine products and reliable service.
That said, we completely understand that when you’re waiting for something, it can always feel longer than expected, and we do appreciate your feedback.
If you need any help getting started with the clicker or have any questions at all, we’re always here to help.
Thanks again for your order – we hope you and your dog get great results with the training.
Craig

EXCELLENT Customer Service - Will Order Again
Ordering from a company I haven't worked with before, especially in the U.K. when we're in the U.S. can be a gamble. I'm happy to say that Gundog Catalogue exceeded my expectations when a delivery got held up in the Postal Service. They did all the tracking for me and ultimately expedited a new order out that arrived quickly. (Thank you Craig and Emma!!) In addition, they have items that are not available here in the states, in our case, a supplement made specifically for a condition my dog just developed which looks very promising in managing his symptoms. We will definitely be ordering again along with checking out their many other items for dogs.

Good morning Jackie,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review – it truly means a lot to us.
We’re really sorry again that your original order got caught up in the Royal Mail/USPS delays, but we’re so pleased we could get a replacement out to you quickly and, most importantly, that it’s now helping Leo. That’s exactly why we do what we do.
It’s great to hear the Ace Canine supplement is showing promise with Leo’s SLO – please do keep us posted on how he gets on. We know how worrying these conditions can be, so if you ever need any further support or have questions, we’re always here to help.
Thank you again for your kind words and support from across the Ocean – it genuinely means the world to a small family business like ours.
Give Leo a big fuss from us 🐾

Quick delivery. Very happy with the quality of slip lead. It was to correct the pulling of my very strong English Bulldog .
I was amazed how quick it corrected his walking ! Highly recommend this product . The other items look just as good so maybe I’ll try something else . Thank you !

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for such a fantastic review — we’re so pleased to hear the slip collar made such a difference so quickly!
Our ProTrain training collars and slip leads are designed to give clear, consistent communication, which is why they can be so effective when used correctly. It’s great to hear your English Bulldog is already walking better — that’s exactly what we aim for.
If you ever need any guidance on using training collars or leads, just let us know — we’re always happy to help.
Thanks again for your support,

Field Trial PRO Slip Collar
We bought the Field Trial PRO Slip Collar and it's very well made compared to slip collars that we had purchased from ETSY previously. The metal fisheye loop makes a huge difference as does the addition of solid plastic.

Hi Steve,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review — we really appreciate it.
We’re delighted to hear the Field Trial PRO Slip Collar has impressed you, especially compared to others you’ve used previously. The metal fisheye loop and reinforced solid stop are exactly the upgrades we introduced to make the collar smoother in use and more durable in the field, so it’s great to know they’ve made a noticeable difference.
Thanks again for your support — it genuinely means a lot to a small UK business.
All the best,
Team GDC

Solid quality Carabiner on leash.
The 1s from Zooplus had crap clips that stopped working after a while. This babe is secure & worth the £, it won't come open accidentally.
The biothane is great. Strangely the longer biothane leashes are skinnier than the 6ft versions

Hi Sophie,
Thank you so much for the lovely review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
We’re especially pleased to hear the carabiner feels secure and reliable. That’s exactly why we chose that spec — peace of mind matters when you’re out and about.
Great spot on the biothane widths too! The longer lines are intentionally slightly slimmer to keep them lighter and easier to handle over distance, whereas the 6ft versions are a little wider for everyday durability and grip.
Thanks again for your support — it means a lot to a small UK business like ours.

Hogs of Fife dealer boots
A very good quality pair of Hogs of Fife dealer boots. We walk our dog every day and my husband walks to and from work and needs a comfortable, weatherproof and well made shoe. He likes the performance on first days and the look is good too, leather well proofed
Emails regularly updated on despatch and delivery and were sent by Royal mail in good order
Good to buy British company with accountability
