I am happy with Erhan Ali’s fire door inspection as he performed the relevant checks and as he recognized an element missing which has been reported and I am still waiting it to be rectified.

Innovus are very good at collecting ground rent on time. BUT, they are not good at dealing with leaseholder complaints regarding property management. Rendall & Rittner has been a catastrophic appointment to Shepherd Court E14 and Innovus has to take accountability for the tripling of our service charge and not holding R&R to account for providing transparency around their charges. They are claims about R&R self-dealing contracts and increasing costs (eg: pest control has increased from 1200 to 6000 in 1 year - with no explanation to why). Meanwhile our building insurance has tripled but every work is charged to service charge account - it is a joke how much service charge (145,000) is collected for a small building with 30 units (no concierge or parking). The residents feel stuck! Innovus should take action, intervene and give notice to R&R to either get their act in order or replace them with a competent property manager.

Ascent have been working with Luke Allen for the past few years. We have found Luke to be very helpful. We have always had extremely quick responses and good support in resolving any issues we may have had. I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke and Innovus in the future

Innovus are the most disgraceful and corrupt company coming in second to FirstPort who they are connected to. Innovus "acted" as the Company Secretary for our RMC, with FirstPort as our managing agents. Both were utterly appalling companies to deal with. Innovus repeatedly failed to respond to key requests to set a lawful EGM, deliberately delaying their responses and scheduling the meeting in a way that allowed FirstPort to issue invoices and extract money from residents. Innovus also LOST proxy votes during the election of resident directors, a serious failure that undermined the democratic process and residents’ ability to hold proper representation. Don't go near this despicable company!

Innovus are asset managers for our Freeholder Aviva Ground Rent (Pension Fund) we are still waiting for our 2021accounts! Yes you heard right no 2021 accounts. We have been promised them many times over the last 2 years but still we wait.

It is complicated because management companies changed and the original company HML have been beyond unhelpful. However, that’s not our problem it’s Aviva’s. Innovus appointed the original company.

It means leaseholders are all sitting with between £3k and £4k in deficit on our service charge accounts that were there for a Waking Watch that did not do their job. This cannot be rectified until the 2021 accounts are published.

There is no care for us as leaseholders and Innovus only communicate with leaseholders when they are forced to do so. Communication is non-existent.

Very quick and efficient service

Emma was very helpful. Answered my queries quickly and even emailed me after to ensure everything was ok.

This is a follow-up to my earlier review, which highlighted the serious conflict of interest between Innovus and FirstPort.

A group of residents - including myself - has been pushing for the long-overdue appointment of resident directors to our RMC. This is a completely reasonable and necessary step, especially considering that the Residents Management Company exists to represent the interests of residents - not managing agents.

We sent a detailed and confidential email to Innovus outlining the next steps and proposing several residents for director roles. Shockingly, Innovus forwarded that private correspondence to FirstPort, without our knowledge or consent. This is not only a breach of trust - it’s also a data protection breach, as personal information was shared with a third party without permission.
This kind of behaviour reinforces the view that Innovus is not acting independently or in the interests of leaseholders. Their role as RMC director is to hold the managing agent accountable - not to act as an extension of it.
What’s even more concerning is that it remains completely unclear how Innovus became directors of our RESIDENTS Management Company in the first place…

Residents have been calling for proper governance and representation for some time now. The appointment of resident directors is not just overdue - it’s essential to accountability and proper oversight.

Innovus’s conduct so far shows a disregard for these principles - and that needs to change.

Terrible company just want to rip you off!

I have got 3 properties which I need to pay ground rent.

I have asked them in 2024 to send me the bills by post and email.

Guess what I have never received the latest 2 bills either by post or email.

Then they tell me that my case has been forward to Maybeck Collections which I need to pay extra admin charges.

It is not professional and it is so unfair for me to pay these admin fees.
