Though I'm confused as to the sudden need to do accounts after all these years and why I was told (2024) it wasn't important for me to have an ID code, when it very much is and why the other director of many years has 'never' been told to have one???

Lily was very supportive and the information she provided was clear and appropriate for the actions required.

It was very easy to get intouch with them fast response dealt with changing my contact details easily very professional.

We've been working alongside this company for many years now and had the pleasure of working with Luke Allen who has been incredibly helpful along the way, he's always on hand for help or advice and can't faulty him or the company for the work they do.

Just wanted to say how helpful Mat Price has been, always responds promptly to a request, his replies are always thought out and helpful.

Innovus managed to resolve an issue with our leased property when the management company suggested that it would not be resolved on the grounds of cost. The solution was simple and implemented within 1 day.

The initial email to the residents was abrupt, light on explanation, and lacked any sensitivity to the residents’ perspective. It easily could have been positioned better especially as the contract provides for this to only happen every ten years. Not something most people would remember some years after a purchase. That said, when I politely wrote to ask for more information, it was provided and very much appreciated. There has been lots of anger on the building WhatsApp group as people just didn’t understand the simple terms explained to me when I wrote.

I raised a service request and it Lily dealt with it within 24 hours. Very much appreciated.

Such prompt turn around and clarity of discussion. I am impressed.

I've been working with Mat Price for a while now and he's definitely not afraid of taking on a challenge to get subsidiary company sites to pay their suppliers. It's awful that it has to come to using parent company influence, but without it, we would be far worse off. Thanks Mat!

Ongoing issues, poor management, no accountability

I’ve had an ongoing dispute with Innovus over the past 6 months and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

Despite raising serious concerns including fire safety issues (non-compliant doors, missing seals), dangerous external lighting left unresolved for over 2 years, overgrown vegetation attracting pests, and exposed/dangerous electrical elements — little to no action has been taken.

At the same time, they’ve been quick to enforce lease conditions selectively, refusing retrospective consent for an EV charger while ignoring far more serious safety concerns within the building.

Communication has been poor, responses are repetitive and dismissive, and there seems to be no accountability or urgency when it comes to resident safety.

Overall, very disappointing management from a company responsible for maintaining standards.

I would like to thank Michelle (the American lady), who has helped me immensely in finding solutions to our sale enquiries. She has helped in moving our sale along and I will always be incredibly grateful. She went above and beyond and I would like Innovus to recognise and reward the incredible hard work.
