Ongoing issues, poor management, no accountability

I’ve had an ongoing dispute with Innovus over the past 6 months and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

Despite raising serious concerns including fire safety issues (non-compliant doors, missing seals), dangerous external lighting left unresolved for over 2 years, overgrown vegetation attracting pests, and exposed/dangerous electrical elements — little to no action has been taken.

At the same time, they’ve been quick to enforce lease conditions selectively, refusing retrospective consent for an EV charger while ignoring far more serious safety concerns within the building.

Communication has been poor, responses are repetitive and dismissive, and there seems to be no accountability or urgency when it comes to resident safety.

Overall, very disappointing management from a company responsible for maintaining standards.

I would like to thank Michelle (the American lady), who has helped me immensely in finding solutions to our sale enquiries. She has helped in moving our sale along and I will always be incredibly grateful. She went above and beyond and I would like Innovus to recognise and reward the incredible hard work.

First Port are the worst of the worst. They fail to respond, often to question asked 10 or more times. Total silence

You can't get through on the phone. Messages go unanswered

Charges are excessive

Their processes are rigid and no great care of customers needs

Lily Tingle did a great job for us in difficult circumstances.

The response I received was helpful and addressed my issue, but it took quite a long time — about 1–2 weeks to get a reply by email. That delay felt excessive and could definitely be improved.

I can only express my gratitude for working with Innovus. They are punctual and reliable in dealing with management affairs, yet flexible whenever it is possible and reasonable to be so.

This company have such an appalling misleading and unhelpful site/website. As someone who is registered with them I cannot access my account and when I receive a password to renter my account it doesn't work....

You should really putyour phone number on correspondence if you want a response

Assisted me with getting ID verification code for Companies House for the management company of which I’m a resident director for the apartment building in which I own.

I had issues with the free online service offered on government website when it fell over during the final stages of verification. This meant I had to utilise an accountancy firm to verify my ID and address to generate verification code for Companies House.

Lily Tingle was exceptional in providing prompt communication and swift responses to all of my communication.

Helped me sort out monthly payments so that my ADHD traits of forgetting to pay upon receipt of the yearly bill isn't an issue.
Confirmed I'm on track with my payments, and were kind to me when I explained my difficulties one year ago and again today when I had lost my portal log in details.
