I was willing to give a 5 Stars about my experience with Integra they were superb and the ladies who I spoke to were always polite and so helpful. I had two quotes for a damaged kitchen floor after a water leak underneath. They gave me the go ahead for lower quote but the builder concerned failed to turn up and never contacted me. I contacted Integra and spoke to a helpful gentleman who asked for another quote which I supplied. They then put it into the hands of William Pitt assessors who were absolutely useless. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite but had not got a clue what the repair was about and asked the most ridiculous questions which i knew the answers and I’m not a builder. They eventually agreed a replacement builder, who has been and done a superb job. They sent me an email to accept payment which I replied to. I had not heard a thing about my money and had to pay out of my money. I contacted mayday and received a reply stating the gent had gone on holiday and had not bothered to contact Integra re payment and this person sent the email for me. I have now had a message re payment. This job should have cost under £5000 but I would hate to think what it cost after the fiasco including William Pitt costs. The job did not require their use. This is where Insurance companies waste money obviously putting up premiums. I was so happy until William Pitt were involved.

To be honest I never expect insurance claims to go smoothly but I cannot fault this company for there prompt action, all settled within 10 days.

Integra are the Underwriters for my house insurance. My wife had an unfortunate accident whereby she was ironing clothes etc and accidentally knocked the ironing board, causing the hot iron to fall onto the carpet, causing a burn on the carpet surface in the shape of the iron. It was in the middle of the carpet and couldn’t be hidden. I contacted my insurance company to make a claim for a replacement carpet. Integra sent me a Claim form via email which was easy to complete( even for me at 75years) including photographs. I submitted the completed form on the Thursday and received a message on the following Tuesday informing me that my Claim was successful and that the quoted cost of replacement (less the Excess) would be in my Bank Account within 5 working days. That to me was a worry-free excellent service, for which my wife and I were very grateful.

Made a small claim for freezer contents.provided receipts, photos and a video of freezer! Did not hear anything for two weeks then I was then asked for an itemised list of contents which I happily gave but receipts and photos should be enough? Communication not good for claim but hot emails quickly about renewal and that my renewal quote had then gone up by the exact amount I had claimed! So no longer with sainsburys home insurance. Very disappointed with a reputable company and that’s why I chose them.

The claim was easy to submit. I was kept informed and it was just so efficient. From commencing the claim to resolution and payment has taken little more than a week. I am so impressed and cannot fault them at all. I would recommend this company. Ten out of ten. Thank you.

My claim was delt with very quickly,the company came out straight away,and the repair was started and completed same week.
Communication was very good as well.im really happy with the service i received. Highly recommended.

We had a broken drain under the back yard. It was a mess, Mortar was falling into a void beneath the paving stones, which had been formed by earth being washed away. The cellar had water coming through wall.

Sainsbury arranged for Auger, drains specialists, to come and they fixed the drain, performed a dye test and gave us a 10 year guarantee for the work.

The claim was settled with no fuss and the work was completed within ten days of claiming.

Brilliant insurance company I had a leak at the house and they dealt with it in a smooth fashion

My claim was dealt with efficiency and speed, we had no problems and I was very happy with my settlement.

My autistic grandson dropped his phone out of his window trying to attract a friends attention. This was his lifeline and I had to replace it immediately to avoid a melt down. Integra understood that it was not possible to wait before making the claim and settled straight away.

They were fast to come out but slow to get the claim sorted. They didnt reward what it would cost to repair the damage and they didnt get the excess from the neighbour considering it was his fault for the damage.

Regarding a very distressing jewellery loss
I found the Integra Insurance Team and Assessor extremely helpful and understanding in this matter
My claim was resolved within a few months so Thank You
