This company is outstanding. I only submitted my claim on Sunday and it was settled by today. I submitted my claim on line and I rang to speak to someone on Tuesday to make sure that l hadn't missed anything out. The lady that l spoke to checked my claim, she asked a few questions and once she was happy she said she would raise a payment, she was very helpful and professional. l have just received a message to say that my claim is now completed and I would receive payment in the next 5 working days, that is just unreal. What an amazing company the service is second to none!.

We have had a problem with our drainage system and the job esd completed with efficient workmanship, and happy workers. We are delighted with everything .

Everything worked well, though it took a fair time

Amazing professional company who dealt with our claim for storm damage caused to conservatory roof very quickly. The fact we were just about to complete on the sale of our house would have been extremely stressful had it not been for the excellent prompt service we received from this company Thank you 🙏

Claimed now won’t re insure.

I’ve been with this company for many years for my home/contents insurance & never made a claim until a few months ago when the pipe under my bath split, flooding through my lounge ceiling.

My insurance is due for renewal on the 18th July but I’ve been informed Integra will no longer be looking to renew my policy!

I’ve declined to sign off the case at the moment due to the bad standard of work thats been carried out so far.

After the 18th July, I’ll be left without any home insurance which I’m required to have for my mortgage.

My broker has been trying to look into this for me but had no joy with Integra who won’t budge on the renewal ending on the 18th yet I’m not able to take out new cover with another company whilst their claim remains open & waster leakage is mentioned!

This is terrible leaving a loyal customer un insured, who’s never claimed before, yet on my first claim, which is only for a bit of plastering & re decorating! I’m being left high & dry in a very vulnerable position through no fault of my own & no explanation given!

Shame on you Integra!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING A CLAIM WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY MAY NOT RE INSURE YOU - LEAVING YOU IN A VERY VULNERABLE POSITION LIKE THEY’VE DONE ME!!!

HOWEVER...

An Integra underwriter contacted me after reading my review advising they'd had no contact from Paymentshield?

Advising they had no idea of the situation & that nobody had contacted them even though I advised I had spoken to Integra on several occasions & Paymentshield were supposedly meant to have as well.

The advisor advised they'd be happy to offer me home/contents insurance again but I'd be required to go through one of their brokers who'd have to call up & request for it to be put through manually, which I did.

Several days later I then received a form to complete through my broker from Integra which the broker was rather miffed as to why nothing had been done or mentioned about this sooner.

It was now Wednesday with it in mind my insurance would not to be renewed by them on Saturday...

I completed the form which my broker emailed over to them on the Thursday, Friday my broker had still not heard back.

With my house & home insurance due to run out the following day the broker managed to find me cover with another company so its still SHAME ON YOU INTEGRA for your duty of care to your customers so yes DO BEWARE IF YOU MAKE A CLAIM SHOULD YOU WISH YOUR INSURANCE RENEWED WITH THEM.

The whole episode has been extremely stressful with each person passing the buck backwards & forwards & no communication between departments what so ever!

Disgusting treatment to a loyal customer!

I contacted Integra and they provided the link to fill out an online claim form. After processing, Integra appointed the company who were to provide my replacement device. The loss adjusters provided a brilliant service. Claim settled in 10 days.

Mixed . The company value checkers were great, well done , it progress quicker. BUT when it can to payments of settlement Intergra were slow to reply and vague

Useless bunch of cowboys , turn an unfortunate incident into a total nightmare.

Very slow and unhelpful to respond. The stress was awful. No customer service at all..
Complained formally and have heard nothing.
Told my case was closed but no one has discussed the complaint.
It's no wonder insurance is so expensive, passed from pillar to post and got nowhere.
Poor inefficient service
Update: since writing this review, I have received an email and the outcome of my formal complaint which has been investigated and upheld. I'm pleased I have received an outcome.

I had great experience with integra ,from day one of my claim they have been very helpful, the companies they appointed to do the job were very efficient, I am very happy with the repair work that was done, thank you

Thank you most sincerely for selecting MRUK ltd a Swansea firm to carry out my claim. They were professional, friendly, reliable and cleaned up after each visit. The standard of work was perfection and nothing was too much trouble.Emma Key was the person coordinating all the different trades and she was really good at her job. I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

Replied to my claim request on the 5th working day. From then on the service was quick, they used a different company to check the value of the item (Value Checkers). Their service was excellent. I was kept informed of progress throughout this process.

I had an unfortunate flood caused by United utilities not maintaining the neighbours next door pipework to the house, it flooded our driveway causing no end of issues and damage. We tried initially to get United utilities to sort out the damage but they just weren’t interested.

We have never made a claim on any of our insurances so we’re complete novices. From start to finish the claims team and solicitors were brilliant. They understood our concerns and dilemma and were quick to get the issue resolved.

Can’t thank your company and staff enough, I now know insurance does help when we needed it the most.

They are an amazing company to deal with all staff I have spoken to have been both helpful & understanding would highly recommend

Friendly help and Effective services for claims

Generally a good experience and to be fare, this was the first time I had made a claim on a house insurance, the only mistake was the amount of time we were left with no shower or bath, but when this was raised with them they looked into it and agreed it was missed and they apologised and compensated for the traveling we had to do to go to families etc. for me this was what made the experience change, I thought It was going to be another insurance company that do not listen, but they did and actioned on it, and I have say how they handled will be reason I stay with them. We all make mistakes but it's what action you take to mend the mistakes that counts thank you

From our first call to a payment conclusion-seamless no trauma. Completing the on-line claim was simply and straight forward. The concluding personal telephone call was more than just a nice touch it was very polite and courteous. We would recommend Integra services and support.
