First time i have used interflora for an international delivery (Bali) the site was easy to navigate and order from. Very impressed as my flowers were delivered within 3 hours of ordering... Will definitely use again...

Delivered on the day after that requested due to a public holiday.
There was no notification of this on the online booking, however they messaged after the order was placed.
Shame, & strange these days there is no delivery progress tracking available either. Not even a delivered message.
Maybe something to look into.

A great way to send a thought to someone
I give only 4 stars because I found it a little tricky to navigate the website initially. Having said that I am a tech savvy senior and I haven’t sent flowers internationally before. The main thing was I was concerned that I didn’t send the flowers to me instead of the recipient. But it wasn’t long and I had solved how to navigate.

This particular experience with Interflora Australia was not exceptional in as far it went. Just as we have come to expect over many years. Easy, efficient, no fuss at all. Potted plant
Delivery on time and the plant is lush and green. The only thing that is disappointing is the pot it came in. All the pictures of plants show a shiny glazed pot but mine is a square unglazed pot that looks like a cardboard box

Flowers were totally different than picture
The flowers that were sent were nothing like the picture I ordered. I was extremely dissappointed and embaressed after forking out $150.00. Even if the flowers in the picture were not available then they should have been substituted with the same quality flowers.
