I used Interflora at a very sad time in my life to send flowers to England. The website was easy to navigate and pay for, and the arrangement of plants arrived when promised, they were beautiful and fresh. I have used again and will continue to do so. So pleased with them.

After a disappointing start trying to order on line I made a phone call and I could not have been happier with the service . I did not get the lady's name but she was fantastic and as a result of her help and knowledge of your products and florist outlets my daughter received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers and chocolates.

Disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. Old flowers with some drooping in first 24 hours. Not to the same standard that we are used to in our own town. Will not be using Interflora again.

Good website poor communication
The website was easy to navigate and the choices were good. However I had to chase Interflora to see if my flowers had been delivered. They really do need to improve their communication.

The flowers were just like the picture online. My mother sent a pic and they looked beautiful. No complaints at all about the flowers!
When ordering online I ordered the Premium one which was $174 but when clicking it jumped to $184, which was ok. But was a bit surprised with the $31 for delivery i must say

Never rely on Interflora if it’s something important
The company that advertised the same delivery called me 1/2 hour before the requested time notifying me that they can’t to do my delivery by 10:30 the for the funeral. The order was done a day before.

Ordered vs delivered
Ordered, what looked liked, a really lovely arrangement. What was delivered in no way resembled what was ordered. Ordered was pinks and purples in a gorgeous design. Delivered was bold colours bunched together with no real design feature. Ordered flowers on a Friday morning for next day delivery to, delivery was made the following Tuesday. When I complained and supplied photos I was offered a 25% discount. Never again

Edit:- After reviewing my order, Interflora have apologised and explained how what was delivered did not align with what was ordered and that the florist should have referred back to them. They have processed a50% refund which I consider is very fair.

I've now reviewed your complaint and I'm very sorry that the arrangement delivered did not reflect the style, colour palette and presentation of the product you selected online. While substitutions are sometimes necessary, the changes made on this occasion should have been referred back to us before the order was fulfilled.
Having completed a further review, I've asked our team to contact you as I believe we can offer a more appropriate resolution. We've also addressed this directly with the supplying florist and reinforced our expectation that orders should be referred back to us whenever the advertised design cannot be closely replicated.
