They took charge of my cats when we arrived in UK. Very professional and communication was excellent. Highly recommended !

This is the 2nd time we have used JCS to assist in safely getting a pet from the UK to Canada. This time was a 12 week old puppy and of course we were quite anxious, especially as we were in Canada this time ( previously we were in the UK). The whole team were fabulous to work with from the start to the end and Scout arrived completely unfazed by the whole experience. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring and did everything to make sure all the export/shipping requirements were met and lined up perfectly while at the same time putting our minds at rest. I absolutely recommend them to anybody !

We booked home delivery for our cats and just before their arrival to the airport the company said they cannot perform the delivery due to a car accident, they offer us to keep the cats there and release them the day later around noon. Until here it looks okay, they look like trying to create a solution at least and accident is something that can happen, but after that when I did not like the idea of my cats gonna stay in an area I have no idea how it even looks like, they started to act unprofessional. First I asked pictures of the place they are going to stay and I think it is fair ask, nobody send anything again ring them they said do you wanna see two pictures or one is enough and I said I just wanna see the place to feel comfortable about make this decision for them and again nothing.. Then I left my work and drive to the London and ring them to say look I did not receive anything and do not feel confident about they are gonna stay there, so coming to collect them please do not make any arrangement for tomorrow and I want a refund because the delivery will not happen. They said it can take 3 to 4 weeks I said fine, I do not care important thing is to see them in first place. I drive 8 hours total, with just 2 hours sleep went to the work next day, scared for them a lot during this long journey because it was their first airplane experience and they are around 7-year-old age now. To sum up, the 4 weeks period up, I did not receive any refund, when I question it, they cannot give me any clarity about it. So for us the experience is just a huge failure and I am really sorry about it.

JCS were great! I had to bring my pet cat from Kurdistan Iraq to the UK and was terribly nervous about the paper work and process. JCS sorted me out from day 1. They were super responsive and helpful in getting me through a complicated process. Their forms were also super easy to fill out! Upon arrival they managed the custom clearance process efficiently and delivered my cat home! My cat is now home and happy!

JCS gave amazing service! My fur baby traveled from South Africa to Manchester and the friendly agents ensured a smooth clearing process, with not one bump in the road. The communication was great and they were extremely helpful with any queries and questions that I had. Thank you JCS for making this very stressful process so much easier to handle.

Thank God for these angels that look after your pet without you ever meeting them. Alex has been incredibly helpful with looking after Coco after his long flights from Peru to London and has done everything he could to minimise the time we spent waiting. His communication was also absolutely on point, clear and very prompt.

Bringing our pet mimi-pig, Wilbur from the U.S.A. to England took 8 months of planning, thousands of dollars, and miles of red tape. Transporting livestock is a huge undertaking especially when it comes to pigs. JCS received Wilbur in the UK end and ensured his safe reception at Heathrow. They rolled with the delays and flight cancellations on the US side, and ensured Wilbur was cared for and transported safely. They communicated with us throughout and even visited Wilbur at the HARC to make sure he was OK during the long import paperwork process. We would highly recommend JCS for transporting pets and other more unusual animals. Wilbur made it home for Christmas - in no small part - thanks to the professionalism and advocacy of JCS.

James Cargo was absolutely amazing when bringing my dog over to the UK from Canada. They made sure all of my documents were perfect and I even sent them a draft and that was checked prior to coming over. Georgina and Morgan are absolutely lovely to deal with and I would recommended using them for sure. I will be using them for my dog everytime I fly for sure! Thank you guys again!!!!

From the day I contacted Charlie till they safely delivered our 37 cats, the level of effort they had put into ensuring everything went smoothly was exceptional. I can’t begin to tell you how much your help meant to me while going through such a stressful process.
When an individual importing/exporting with this number of animals, seemed everything was under a microscope by both country’s authorities. JCS guided me and provided crucial information. Towards the end of the process all the documents needed to be endorsed within 48 hours, the pressure of getting everything done correctly within a short time window was very high, and APHA was very particular about the pre-check of the documentation, Danielle and Alex worked round clock to ensure the import documents were corrected in a timely manner so the cats wouldn't miss the flight.
Excellent communication, emails I sent to JCS during their working hours were always replied promptly.
My experience of importing 37 rescue cats was strictly of drama episode, it has been a roller coaster ride, however, JCS’s support eased off some stress. It was comforting to know they were on your side.
I would like to thank Charlie, Danielle, Alex, Lisa, and Zoe from the import department, and Mat the driver for collecting the cats and traveled overnight.
