Don’t use just eat in Bristol… i have had several deliveries where items have been tampered with… when you contact them you have no response.. no customer service at all!!!

Just shocking how they decide on how much you should be refunded I was missing 3 items from my popeyes order a large bottle of coke a gravy and beans and I was refunded £2 what a joke the gravy alone is £1.89 I should have received more than £2 it’s a disgrace il be using deliveroo in future.

Utterly crap. Orders are always over an hour late, if they arrive at all! Absolutely crap ‘service’. Nightmare to get a refund from as well.

Order arrived cold, spilled, and uneatable. Just Eat refused refund saying 'multiple claims' but those previous claims were ALL because their orders were wrong too! They're punishing me for their own mistakes. Photos provided. Avoid if you want customer service."

Customer service does not exist. Restaurant time table are not shown. You end up spending hours to look for food and put it in the basket and then it says the place is closed.

Just eat not upholding consumer rights to replace or refund. Items delivered were inedible. Just another bot run system. I won’t be ordering through it again when customers are expected to take the loss.

Ordered food from a restaurant, the app kept on increasing the delivery time, called the restaurant several times, directed me to jsut eat customer service, the line didn't work, nobody answered. waited one hour, food arrived freezing coold, sumbim a complain through the app, it said they cannot refund or do anything. email customer rervice, no answer, nobody to call and no customer support at all, will not use this JustEat anymore or reccomend to anyone

I ordered Joe & The Juice from just eat while in London and my order simply never arrived. I spent the whole day waiting constantly getting updates saying it was on its way and it never came.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce on , what cane was one that had been there for hours and was inedible , it went in the bin . I was offered 62 pence back for it . I asked if it was 62pence I'd paid , now they won't answer me at all ! I'm phoning head office tomorrow. We just put up with this appalling customer service . But im not going to anymore ..

Driver was lazy and didn't deliver my food to my front door. Left it in an alleyway I don't have access from my property.
Always having frequent problems and the amount of time they don't refund not got my hopes this time I get a full refund for food I don't receive as it's not the first time

They love to display places as open so you order to collect then you get there and it’s closed. And it closed an hour ago.
And then you can’t get a refund because it was collect.

Absolutely unacceptable service

I have never experienced such terrible service from a food delivery company. I waited 45 minutes for my order, only for Just Eat to cancel it because apparently no courier came to collect it.

I contacted the restaurant myself and they confirmed that my food was already prepared and waiting for the courier. So the restaurant had done its job — Just Eat simply failed to provide the delivery.

Yes, I got my money back, but that completely misses the point. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for food that was ready, and then I was left with nothing to eat. There was no meaningful support, no option to speak to anyone, and no compensation for the time wasted.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. If Just Eat cannot provide a courier, they should not accept the order in the first place. I will seriously think twice before using Just Eat again.

I ordered from just eat made a mistake with the restaurant put a cancellation in within 1 (ordered at 17.25pm cancelled at 17.26) minute and was refused a refund for £28 and was not given the meal.

Received wrong order. Contacted restaurant but they say it is out of their control.
No direct contact with Just Eat available.
The order was a 5 stamp order so a reduced price.
However only the price paid is refunded therefore losing the 5 stamp value.
Oddly this has happened on the last three 5 stamp orders with the same restaurant.
All other orders have been ok.
Is this a clever ploy or a very strange coincidence.

Absolutely terrible service once again from this company. My partner has received deliveries from them several times in the past and the food is usually late and either nearly cold or lukewarm every time. He has put up with it before and has just got used to having to warm up the food. This time it arrived later than usual and already cold, however he was prepared to accept it at that stage. He gave the courier both the order number and the verification code but the courier wanted to speak to me as I had placed the order. I was by now out and at an evening class so uncontactable, so the courier said he couldn't deliver and left with the food. My dumbfounded partner gave up and made toast instead, so when the doorbell went a full half an hour later he was surprised to find the courier on the doorstep trying to deliver the food, by now stone cold, soggy & inedible. The delivery was understandably refused and Just Eat has refused to give me a full refund, offering a credit to my Just Eat account of a quarter of the full cost, which is useless to us as we will never use their services again.

Thieving scum ! Once again they are taking people's money and not giving it back , when items are missing from orders , so I ordered £45 worth of items on the app , order arrived £18 worth of items missing. Contacted just eat filled everything in , then the app said they would get back to me within 7 days , so I ordered the missing items again from somewhere else which was a more expensive shop and cost me £31 just for replacing the missing items . Just eat gets back to me and says they will refund me the missing items as credit on the app , to use for another order ,I said no I want my money back in my account, according to them its policy to keep the money but give out credit to use on another order , so my opinion is that their policy constitutes theft . ! As they have taken my money for an order that was missing half the items on delivery and then basically told me I can only have the money when I make another order to use the credit ! Like hell , you take my money , do not provide the whole order then withhold my money, to only be used when I put in another order on their app ,UNACCEPTABLE! I have already raised a case with paypal , and contacted my bank to withhold payment until receive my money back for the missing items. I've also contacted the financial ombudsman, because how can a company policy , which withholds a person's money be lawful .

Once the courier had collected the order from the restaurant, the order became un-trackable online from that point until delivery, which took approx. 20 minutes, even though the distance is less than 3 miles.

On arrival, the driver was chatting away on his phone and after accepting the delivery, I noticed that the food was lukewarm. I also noticed that the food safety seal on the pizza box had been broken.

I attempted to access Just Eat's chat service and was offered a refund of approx £8 due to the food temperature to my Just Eat account. Clearly not acceptable.

I contacted the chat again and requested a full refund - I was unable to confirm where my food had been or what possibly happened to it for 20 minutes, it effectively went missing for a disproportionate amount of time, the food was lukewarm on arrival and, significantly, the food safety label being broken is a potential health/ safety risk.

I was told that no further refund would be possible, and certainly no refund to my bank account. The chat was ended abruptly twice without resolution and I have been told an unidentifiable 'team leader' may contact me within 72 hours.

Clearly, if these companies cannot offer the service they say they will, customers should be entitled to their money back!

Just Eat delivered someone else’s order to me. The driver lied and promised that the correct food would be sent, so my family waited 45 minutes hungrily—but no one came.

I provided photo evidence that I received none of my items, but customer service just closed my case and refused any refund. They have stolen my money and provided zero support. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!

Missing item off my order, attempted to call the restaurant but was an answer machine, raised the issue on two occasions to just eat and quickly emailed back there apologies but still wouldn’t refund the £7.95 cost . Absolute disgusting service as I feel they did not even challenge the restaurant regarding my shortage.
