Very rude staff members I’ve reported them and sent acount back to Virgin media and no mangers available they in 6 hours meetings every time.

Appalling company. Claiming I have a debt with a company I've never had a service with or a bill from. I've emailed and put two dispute messages on their website without any reply. Unfortunately no stars isn't an option.

This shower of desperado have been chasing me 4 calls a day for 108 quid that was paid 3 months ago. The most incompetent useless shower I've ever come across. Obviously they are unable to communicate with HMRC either they never get updates.

I had a letter stating I owed about£200 to EON on my old house.Eon themselves said I owed nothing.I had been moved for 2 years.
Although I was rather hot under the collar, this really kind and helpful lady Davinia sent me the EON invoices.
It appeared that although I had not lived there for six months before my house was sold being legally still the owner, they were estimating bills every month and I hadn't used anything.
The bills were not sent to me but the occupier. They landed on my empty mat and I didn't know about them.
So I rang EON and a helpful guy corrected the bills so I only had to pay the standing charge which was fair.I paid EON straight away and the guy apologised for not putting my name on the bills.I rang Davinia to thank her for helping me sort it out .
All debt collectors are not nasty
That lady knew all along that my case was due to a mistake .
I know, I used to work for one myself many years ago

Sharks threatened by letter and email fight back had a landlord utilities bill 3 years old they will settle for a much lower figure they can’t sue for bills based on estimates they need stronger regulation

Out of the blue I received a letter from LCS about a so-called debt of £3711 on a closed account with EDF for which I had received a credit balance when the account closed.
Is there even anyone working at LCS?
I frantically called the company when I opened the letter to tell them they had made a mistake. Waited in the queue for 30 mins then had to go out so pressed 1 to be placed in a queue for a call back.
Of course no-one called me back.
Called them at 8am when the office opened this morning but they were already "tied up with other calls".
Half an hour in to another call queue as I write this.
As I said, is there actually anyone working there at this shambolic outfit???

LCS chasing me over a debt at a property I do not own and have never owned. Their admin systems are woeful. They do not read emails. If you are a company thinking of using LCS you are wasting your money as they are neither competent nor efficient.

They have to be the worse company I have had to deal with. They keep sending me the same so called debt letter, depiste me telling them and giving them all the information. They need to speak to my tenant. This has been going of for 6 months. they ignore my calls. my emails and letters. How do I make it stop. How do I get them to actually read the correspndence. absolutely rubbish company. They do not deserve 1 star!

Criminals - they told me they had removed my deteails on 3 seperate occasions as i am not responsible for the bill that they are chasing, yet they keep sending more emails asking for payment. They are either criminals or simpletons that do not communicate

I've given them 1 star because you can't none. This companies staff are dreadful, no customer service skills whatsoever and the constant refrain of our calls are recorded is a joke. If they were recorded they wouldn't be so obnoxious. The have been emailing my blind son for a mobile from ID mobile, which we cancelled in the summer of 2024, both incredibly shading. Don't touch with a barge pole and ask for emails because both lie and say your never called before! Disgusting

LCS wrote a threatening letter to my partner advising her that she owed an OVO energy bill debt between 8th January and 3rd March 2025. We moved out of the property on 7th January and the flat was handed over to the landlord / property agent. As such, we are not responsible for the alleged debt. What is more concerning is how they have managed to get so much personal information about my partner. She was never responsible for for the monthly direct debit. They asked me to send a council tax closure letter from our local authority as well as screenshots of our former OVO account showing nil balance. Nothing from them. They keep contacting us asking for information for 'Data Protection Act' reasons which i have said we will not do. Its nothing to do with us. Do your job and find out who actually lives at the property. I don't think this is going to go away anytime soon, the agents strike me as desperate for money and just chuck it at anyone in the most threatening and bullying way possible in the hope that you will just crack and pay. I've asked for them to log a formal complaint and nothing from them. I am going to waste as much time as they have wasted of mine dealing with this. The fact they get commission for this you would think they would use their puny brains to actually contact the people living at the property!!

Sadly LCS UNLESS YOU TAKE ME TO COUNTY COURT THEN I WILL PAY BUT MAGISTRATES 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣THATS CALLED A CRIMINAL COURT YA KNOW AND PRIVATE COURT AKA FRAUD NO LAW IN PAYING JUST LIKE COUNCIL TAX THERE IS NO LAW IN PAYING ELECTRIC OR GAS IF PEOPLE DID THERE RESEARCH LIKE COUNCIL TAX FAKE TAX LIKE POWER COMPANY THEY TAKE YOU TO MAGISTRATES JUST LAUGH BUT GOES TO COUNTY COURT ITS SERIOUS BUT THESE SCUMMY FOOLS KNOW THEY CAN'T USE COUNTY COURTS BECAUSE ITS TRUE LAW LIKE MAGISTRATES IS TRUE LAW WHEN ITS A CRIME NOT CIVIL MATTER DUMB FOOLS JUST ASK FOR A CA3 form THEY WONT HAVE ONE ONLY COUNTY COURT USES THEM AND THE COUNTY COURT SERVICE BAILIFFS DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THERE FROM HIGH COURT EITHER THATS LIES HAS TO BE COURT COURT

Out of the blue I received a letter from LCS regarding my closing Virgin contract and outstanding exit costs which was closed with Virgin with no problems at all.
Who are these people ...

We received letters and texts from this company regarding money we owed from octopus but after speaking to octopus they knew nothing about this company, so this company obviously just fishes information and tries to get money off people (as we were actually in credit with octopus). If you get any letters or texts from them contact the supplier you are “supposedly” owning money too first and don’t pay them as it is a scam.

A random estimated payment demand received from LCS supposedly acting for So Energy for a period of time that a tenant was in the property was suddenly received by me last year - 2 yrs after the event.
I informed LCS who was the occupant, when I regained access, my knowledge of the backdating rule had I even been the occupier, and the fact that I had already taken So Energy to the Energy Ombudsman before our dealings were finally settled due to endless problems with their final bill estimations.
It doesn’t matter what you tell LCS they try to wear you down with constant contact ignoring facts you’ve told them and threats of further action.
I’m so tired that I’ve told them they will receive no further replies from me personally as they have already been supplied with the information confirming I am not liable, and that I will see them in court if that’s where they wish to take this matter.
I’m also in the process of obtaining my original Energy Ombudsman complaint outcome which I will forward to them.

If I could give a minus rating I would. This company is chasing me for an Octupus energy bill that relates to the previous owners. I completed on this property nearly 2 years ago and straight away switched supplier. They have had completion copies and still they keep writing. Well have now gone to the FCA. Terrible bully boy tactics.
