This is a scam. Don’t pay anything you don’t owe! (You know if you are in debt) They sent me a letter saying a supplier that I have never been with had passed on my debt (which obviously they wouldn’t as they don’t supply me!) I checked it out from who they referenced as the supplier directly. The ‘debt’ is non existent as well as ‘my account’ because I don’t have one! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING! The letter has been passed on to fraud by that supplier. I hope they haven’t managed to be successful with others.

This company are scandalous they won’t even leave me alone they are dodgy and liars i don’t even owe SSE and neither am i paying them. SSE passed the so called debt onto this illegal corrupt company no offence i didn’t know who they were so i asked who they were and why they were ringing me they didn’t have to be so rude they put the phone down on me a few times and then told me i had a default against my name that is illegal there didn’t even offer a payment plan but i don’t even owe it and SSE are so dodgy wouldn’t believe a word that comes put of their mouths. I am now taking legal action against this company and SSE as they cut us off on a Saturday which again is illegal plus they never once helped us and they are by law meant to pay the debt off and then take it off when you top up disgusting companies. Also can they stop harassing me LCS worst company i have ever had to deal with in my entire life as well as SSE absolute horrendous rude obnoxious customer service.

This absolutely ludicrous, unintelligible, unprofessional company has claimed via email that they have ‘written several times’ in connection with a debt for £10, which was left when I closed my previous mobile account. Not once have I received a single email or letter from them and I explained as much in a less than polite response to their email. If you have issues with such mediocrity, speak with Citizen’s Advice. Despite this, it is encouraging to read these comments and realise I’m not the only person to have issues with such a moronic bunch of cowboys!

It’s completely scam!!!!! I got electricity bill over £500 where we have key pay as go for our flat. When you call they talk rubbish about credit level ect. First you work hard and make your credit level high then worry about others. Scam scam scam just be careful before you pay any payment to them.

Just a bunch of brainless fools that cant read. They are chasing me for an electric bill that belongs to my tenant. The tenant is up to date and has supplied documentation to say she owe nothing. I have sent copies twice but still have these fools hounding me.

Complete scam of a company. Said I had £268 debt from EON a company which I never used. Sent full details of the energy bills we paid to a different supplier in the dates we were at the flat three months ago and they said it was their mistake.

I checked today over three months later and it still says I have an active account and owe debt! Tried to get in touch and nobody replies.

The guy tried his best to help but was pretty clueless, I've been making regular payments to HMRC but they can't see them on the system.....I wonder which Tory donor set this up!!!!

Thought it was just me, the reviews make me feel better.

Owners clearly lack creative ability in business and if i ever saw them the we would do more than talk.

Staff are gormless bless them.

They go by henriksen. Hcollect.com, LCS and etc. Phone lines, website and business names are all over the place, never know who you're speaking to.

Never got back to me about my complaint, now cannot find me on system, managers do not call back, never gave me my data. Very illegal practice.

Absolutely useless. Spent 6 months trying to sort out a bill issue that had nothing to do with me because LCS refused to get in contact with the liable party. No internal communication and no apology.

Sent a letter to my current address and say after an investigation, they told me i live in another address and owe £2200 from Scottish Power. I'm not even Scottish Power's customer and never lived in that address. Wasted my time to call them and they ask me to send the prove that i'm living in my current address.
What kind of investigation they used?
Doesn't make any sense.
And after they removed me on their system, they didn't say any apologize for wasting my time and harassing me by their letters.
Very bad ass company.
Hope they are not stealing my data.

Harassed me into paying £160 for SSE, for my old address that I moved out of months ago. Called me at least once a day every day (which is illegal for them to do) and sent me countless emails. I called SSE and they said I only owed them £60. I paid that off and they still continued to harass me for months afterwards, demanding I pay them the £160.

Just poor all round

Tried repeatedly calling to find out why they sent letter saying I owe eon £601 for an old address…even though I was supplied by British Gas.repeatedly spoken to like crap and talked over,refused repeatedly to make a formal complaint and told I havnt passed security.complete farce of a company and making formal complaint to the relevant governing body.

Had a phone call from them, asking me to call them about some debt. Total scammers.

These guys are unreal. I've never even opened an account @ the property they keep messaging about. Total cowboys. If you haven't opened an account with an energy supplier you ain't liable. You have to sign an agreement. Default agreements do not stand in court, scare mongering Txts, calls, voicemails will not work here.

Inefficient and incompetent! Sent us a letter to say we owed electricity for a property in Kent, 300+ miles from where we live, in a town we have never even been to! They ignored 4 emails and two letters where I told them in detail they had the wrong address - I now know they managed to mix up Kent Post code with our North Yorkshire one.
After much time and worry, they sent a pathetic non-apology and said there had been a confusion and would take no further action.
Looking at the huge number of negative reviews here, I am surprised that no one official (CAB? FCA?) has taken action against them.

Fed up of factually incorrect calls from this company?

Here's where the Malicious Communications act could be your best friend & how you can simply issue a complaint to the Police against LCS if you've previously informed LCS that the information they have about you is incorrect.

If LCS are chasing you for a debt you legitimately do not owe:

1. Inform them their information is incorrect.
2. Inform them that any further contact from them in relation to this matter will cause you distress, & as such you will report any further contact to the Police for Malicious Communications.
3. Politely end the call whilst their call handlers are heading into orbit.

If & when LCS contact you again, as it will no doubt cause a certain amount of distress & they're claiming things that simply aren't true - please create a complaint for Malicious Communication via your local Police website, EVERY TIME THEY CALL YOU OR SEND YOU A LETTER.

This company has nothing to fear if its acting within the law & if it retrains call handlers.

However, if they continue harassing people with factually incorrect claims, which by its very nature will cause distress, then they're highly likely to find themselves in trouble. I'm not so sure their clients will be happy to be associated with such a company for long, I'm also not so sure that LCS company directors will be happy to attend court for constant re-offending, & the implications this may have for them personally.

So don't get mad about any calls from this company, alert them to the fact their information is incorrect & that you'll report them if they contact you again as it will cause you distress, & please feel free to do so.

Just a scam sent a bill for £1,269.80 for rip off scumbag British gas, they sent for the legal owner, but the person they what to pay is not the owner she's 70 +yrs who has disables from a stroke, right dirty dirty scumbags both companies,

Robotic phone call from LCS saying debt collector for HMRC...jumbled so unable to understand...rang HMRC.... it's not from them, they are scammers...(LCS not HMRC!).. slight mystery how are they getting information.... trawling through company house? Insider?.... anyway be warned
