Welcome package
As always quality bottles of wine. So well packaged and delivered on time with no worry on my part because of being able to track it from start to finish. I have not tried any of the wines as I’m still making my way through my previous order. Best bit of online shopping I do.

The wine is great but it turn up 2 days…
The wine is great but it turn up 2 days late again this is the 2nd time it has hapen ,I dont think it was Laithwaites fault but I have paid extra money so I can name the day to have my delivery because I work so i need it to be delivered at weekends ,I had to get someone to be at home for the Monday delivery let's hope it never happens again

Pay for named date of delivery, doesn’t arrive on named date. Twice has happened. Don’t seem to care like they used too.

I had a problem with an order and emailed twice to try to resolve it. But a week later have had no response. Customer service is clearly not all it says it is.
