Steph was really lovely and she was so…
Steph was really lovely and she was so kind. We didn't feel rushed and she gave us plenty of time to think about our choices. Steph explained everything thoroughly and showed us pictures of what it could look like if we chose that sample. We said we work in a primary school and Steph got on the phone to ask them if they could come next week before we went back to school.

Colin came out to do a quote yesterday
Colin came out to do a quote yesterday. I was waiting in my car outside the property due to work currently being carried out. I saw Colin walk up to the door and got out my car as well. Colin then thought it acceptable to make comments about me to my contractor about not being present for the fitting. Didn’t give a proper quote for the cost. I had to call the next day to obtain and all I got was a text with a picture saying “this is all i can give you” incredibly unprofessional from start to finish.

Great service all round and really easy and simple process. Within a week and a half, my rooms had been measured, carpet picked and then fitted a few days later! The fitter was very polite and did a brilliant job. Extremely pleased with the end result. Many thanks!

Excellent service
From the beginning everything was so easy. Steph was really friendly and brought lots of choice! The communication was fantastic, the fitter was amazing and did an excellent job. All the rubbish was neatly left by the bin. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and has transformed my house. I am so happy! Would definitely recommend and probably use again in the near future!

Andy and Lucas did a fantastic job
Andy and Lucas did a fantastic job. Their day got down to a bad start when their van broke down. However they arranged transport and were here at 8:30am. Worked none stop to lay the pre floor and screed where needed. They never stopped and when finished cleaned up after themselves and left everywhere tidy.
I would definitely recommend them. Top service not often found these days. Thanks Andy and Lucas great team.
