I bought all new wood flooring for my entire flat from Lazy carpets and flooring. And right from the start. The service as been brilliant. And the quality of my new flooring is outstanding and I am over the moon with it all.
When they came out to measure up and choose what flooring i wanted. They talked me through a few different options so I made the right choice. Then once I bought my new flooring. I had to wait until all other work was completed before I could arrange for the flooring to be fitted.
I want to give a special mention to Andy and Lucas who are the flooring fitters. Because they have done a truly amazing job laying all the flooring throughout my flat. I honestly couldn't be anymore happier with the job they have done. They kept me updated with all the work they were doing. They truly are the best flooring fitters that I've seen. So if anyone is looking for a company to get your new flooring from. I would definitely highly recommend Lazy carpets and flooring. And especially Andy and Lucas who do a absolutely outstanding job at fitting the flooring. And they are really nice guys. Who work to the highest standards. I couldn't believe the finished outcome of my new flooring. It really does look amazing. So thank you Andy and Lucas and Lazy carpets and flooring.

Extortionate. Told fitting would be a week to that day, call the next day, two weeks. NO SEALANT USED.

To ensure your appointment went ahead as scheduled, we arranged for a surveyor to travel from Warrington due to our local surveyor not being available, I believe we contacted you in advance to notify you of a slight delay.
We're also disappointed to hear your concerns regarding pricing. Our quotations are provided in full before any work is agreed.
We value all customer feedback and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly to find a resolution.

Highly recommend. Carpet is excellent quality and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I made an appointment, they came out and measured, I chose my stair carpet, and was given a total price for everything including fitting, then contacted to arrange fitting date. Everything went perfectly and I would definitely use them again 😊
