The radio dream without the headache

I wanted to start a radio station of my own since I've left high school and learned about the many licenses and other expenses needed to get everything going. (outside of music and equipment)But this made things so much easier for me to handle, now I do understand a lot of work has to be put in to make sure it stays successful, but with the license included and the ability to expand with apps and other outlets helps me focus on finding my audience and making the best station I can.

My Total Flowers To Live365

My experience was great simply because I was thoroughly taught, and we didn't just bounce around from subject to subject until I had innerstanding. Clif McCreery is the gentleman that tutored me, and I again would like to take this time to say thanks to Clif, as a direct face and representative of Live365, for showing me the proper and correct way of becoming a master of your craft when it comes to broadcasting. In 90 minutes, I have probably learned as much as I've ever learned in my days in broadcasting. The professionalism, the patience and the hands on direct tutoring, was a very interesting experience for me.

The best customer Support …

I am on the lowest subscription tier with Live365 which will probably change soon but even so the customer support is absolutely brilliant both in quality and speed. Its so unusual to find such a helpful and personal response from companies today and it makes working with them a pleasure. The platform itself is ideal for learning and setting up a station but when combined with the help desk I doubt anyone else would match them

Will Dietzler gave a very great presentation, knowledgeable, concerned, funny and an all together guy. Also informative! I appreciate the professionalism he brought to the table. He was able to navigate the system very well and showed me-(not a techy) how to use the system! Great experience!

Exceptional Service and Support From Start to Finish

I am in the final stretch of getting my radio station app approved in the Apple Podcasts directory, and I can honestly say that working with Pauleen at Live365 has been an incredible experience.

What would have felt like an impossible and overwhelming undertaking on my own was made smooth, clear, and manageable because of the Live365 team. From the platform itself to the step-by-step guidance throughout the app development process, everything has been thoughtfully designed with creators in mind.

The customer service truly stands out. Every interaction has been professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely supportive. I never felt rushed or left confused. Instead, I felt confident knowing I had a knowledgeable team walking alongside me and advocating for my success.

I love the overall service, the reliability of the platform, and the care that Live365 puts into supporting independent radio station owners. I have nothing but great things to say about their customer support and the experience as a whole.

I want to express my sincere thanks for helping us get back on track with our station. Your assistance has been truly appreciated. Even though the issue was outside of your normal responsibilities, you continued to support us by directing us to the right people who could help resolve the situation.

Aiden played an important role by sending me a detailed email that contained all the right questions to address the problem. The clarity and thoroughness of the email made it easy for me to explain our situation and move toward a solution.

I especially want to thank Will D. I was unsure what to expect, wondering if he might be strictly analytical or perhaps impatient with someone who lacks technical expertise. However, my experience was quite the opposite; Will was engaging, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our station issue. He guided me through the process step by step, always making sure I felt comfortable and never belittled or burdensome.
