The quick reply, I did the adjustments I was pointed out to keep my radio going, I added the countries to allowed list in the Geo-Blocking to listen to my station. I just would like my station to be available for the listeners. Thank you very much
The people in customer service are great! However, there are some small but important issues that are overlooked within your material on your site, that need to be included. Every detail should be included so that your users are informed on how to program their stations.

The support person clarified what I could broadcast and could not broadcast on the Live365 platform.
As it turns out, being allowed to broadcast nature sounds, ambient music, and white noises will work. I am pursuing work in mental health. Having a station like this will also be an asset in my practice.
As I understand it, Live365 is looking into licensing the broadcasting of audiobooks although that is a long-term and unlikely possibility.

Live365 is fine for beginners, starting their own online radio station. Firstly, it lack FTP pload - something crucial for fast uploads. Secondly, rotations and playlists are not easy to customise. Support is good, as you can actually talk to real people and not bots, as in many other cases.

Gene was great. We got to the cause my on going problem AND he had the solution to resolve it once and for all.
Clif, tech support agent, took it upon himself, personally, not only to see my complicated tech issue through to the end, but to acquaint himself with my station and suggest ways to improve the listener experience overall. We worked together to solve the issue AND make my station better. Amazing customer service.
I have communicated with Cliff before and every time he has addressed my problem or question promptly and expertly. I appreciate his help and all the support I have fro Live365. Thank you.

Romane was excellent and we got right to the issues and solved them. I shared my screen with him and hew was so precise and accurate in his instructions, I told him that I felt like a tv news announcer and he was giving me the script in my IFB and I just repeating it for air. He is that good and the process was as easy as pie. I've also worked with Shawn and Gene and they have been excellent as well. This has been the easiest and smartest and quickest to solve a problem, support team I've every worked with. Cudos Live365!!!
Really easy to navigate and work with and they always have a quick response time so helpful and nothing is ever to much for them they always seem to go the extra mile with any requests that are asked of them in short if they can do it they will
Entire experience was great. Step by step instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Support was readily available anytime and answered questions within a day.
The app looks great, identical to the Live365 app. Only thing i wish was more customizable content on the app for the amount of money we’re paying. With the broadcast subscription and the app subscription, we should be able to get more options to actually make the app ours.

Besides the overall simplicity they have made it for a non-technical person to setup a station, their support department was very helpful with any questions I had and actually went in to the backend to fix my issue. Very appreciated.
i have have live 365 for almost 5 years, i have never been turned away because of submitting my ad revenue, why now ?

The Live365 team has assisted me every time I had a concern, issue or question in a timely and very professional way.
The last major issue I had was my station was down...it was nothing on their end, just a rookie mistake on my end. They quickly found the problem and boom I was back on air.
Keep up the great support folks...makes me sleep better knowing my station is up and running.
