I have been with Live365 for a month now and I am very pleased. Customer service has been spot on dashboard is relativity easy to use, ( I use the autodj feature) Being an old DJ from the 80s it is a lot of fun staying involved in the biz. Thanks Live365

I've been looking to do something on Live365 for quite sometime. So after actually about a year of thinking about it, I got the equipment and decided it was time to move my radio show from radio to Live365. It was the correct move!!! Everyone from beginning to end have been awesome especially Dillon. There were questions that were never afraid to be answered or explored

The Live365 platform is HORRIBLE
The Live365 platform, especially for the price of $499 per month, is NOT worth it. The lack of streamlined services makes this platform laughable, considering that other platforms are much less expensive and offer more options. Experienced users still need to employ external companies to accomplish what they need. For new online radio providers, RUN and run fast. Oh, and they will attempt to stick you with a $500 fee for shutting down your station, although it's free to cancel. I am fighting this $500 charge now.

Hi Malik. We appreciate the feedback. The majority of the $499 on the package that you purchased was for the large amount of licensed listening hours the package comes with. Unfortunately commercial licensing is very expensive and when you price it out individually by performing rights organizations you will find that your individual outlay will have up front costs in the thousands of dollars. We've made it as affordable as possible and have eaten the up front costs. The separate fee was for your early termination of the 12 month agreement and is there due to the large amount of work to manually add stations to the iHeartRadio networks which is on a supplemental agreement. With that said I did look into your issue and am working on getting that fee refunded to you even though it is called out in the supplemental agreement very clearly.
