Live365 has been great, Romane, Jon and the rest of the team have been phenomenal. I have been burned in the past from similar companies and Live365 is the simply the best in the business. Their support has always been their for me. I have had multiple occasions where I have had to reach out and each time I was met with prompt and courteous service. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and they are doing a great job! Most recently Romane and Jon with the new App for individual stations that are rolling out. They both answered all my questions and guided my each step. I could not ask for better service.
Had a problem after my free trial with the starting of a package but it was sorted very fast very pleased
Issues streaming out to our audience, each time your team's service was exceptional, especially when our own Tech was too busy for us. we'd recommend your team to anyone streaming . The support is wonderful.

I'd like to add that I went with Live365 sometime around 2000 and I had to drop out around 2018 because of financial problems. I am so happy to be back broadcasting on Live365 .

I have been with live 365 for a month they have charged me three times within that time frame shutting my station down and I just paid 3 days ago and it's down again. . I have not ran not one episode because when I told them that I wasn't getting sound and needed someone to call me to help they sent a email instead. Every time I call I get a answering machine person that has to set up a appointment. I and the appointment is always 2 to 4 days away. I can loose many customers by then.
I am so upset and loosing money. Can someone please refer me to another internet radio provider that has licensing so I can go elsewhere?

Live365 has been fantastic to work with over the past 3 months since I launched my first radio station. Recently I decided to spin off my initial station (religious non-commercial format) to a soon to be incorporated non-profit while I prepare to launch a new lost classic-hits format and soon after a rhythmic oldies format both as commercial stations.
The support I’ve received ahead of the split and launch of my next efforts has been second to none! You guys rock!

Been using Live365 for 4 months and so far it’s been an excellent experience. They were very helpful getting me started and answered all my questions accurately and efficiently. Had a few questions after a couple months of running the station and got a response before the 24 hour window. Super happy with Live365!
After 7 years of being on Shoutcast and Radionomy, I, like other broadcasters, were informed we would be dropped April 9th 2022....Thankfully, I had a Live365 station that had most of the same songs. I needed to reactivate it so The Indie Blend would go on. They reactivated the station for me after 6 months of being silent. I migrated all of the songs over and it sounds great....a carbon copy of my Shoutcast station....And at this minute, I am busy adding new songs. This tech team at Live365 had strong communication skills and started the work over the weekend. By Monday, it was perfect. I salute them -- great work!
Hyper-vigilant tech people & quick resolves! I am happy to say that the few glitches my station has experienced were acted on quickly and with excellent coms by Live365's tech crew. Not only did their promptness eliminate any anxiety I would have experienced, but their communications were on point, respectful and helpful. Well done!

Friendly and social. They explain any situation and are completely transparent with the reply. Even if it is not what you wish to hear, they make you understand the resolution and any options there are.
I was literally at my wits end following issues that had been continually cropping up since the new interface. The tech guys were fantastic and they helped me out very quickly. I have to say that in general, the entire customer support is fantastic with Live 365.
Sometimes it may seem that I am waiting a while for a response, but I am in the UK so I have to consider time differences. Overall though, I am very happy with them and with the valuable help they give.

Customer support is great. I just wish some of the features I would like to have access to or fixed would become a reality faster so I could make the changes to simplify my channel.
