Lifetime access scheme hidden fees, withheld medical care, scam
Paid for the lifetime access scheme. Attended appointment and was told next one would be in September.
Mamedica decided to book me a consultation in May without checking my availability or even informing me of the time.
They're now holding medical care to ransom until i pay a £50 missed appointment fee, rendering the £200 lifetime access scheme fee that I have paid absolutely useless.
Their stock is ok, slightly better than other companies, but I cannot access their stock due to the above.
Customer service has been severely unhelpful, I was told if i didn't want to pay the missed appt fee I could wait until my next appt in September, but I'm now told i need to pay the fee to have my consult in September. They repeatedly give incorrect information.
Prices are absolutely sky high compared with other providers.
I would recommend anyone considering the access scheme to avoid mamedica like the plague and instead go with a different budget provider.
Despite the below my complaint has not been resolved
I feel like mamedica have scammed me out of the access scheme fee and are now withholding medical care. I am changing my review to 1 star, this is the worst experience i have ever had with medical.

this is my second review of mamedica and it's exactly the same as the last one! this is how a company should be run. from a very easy sign up to the excellent customer services from such friendly staff.Big shout out to the lovely Nicola wiseman who answered my query yesterday. what really stands out is the fact that when you ring them you actually get to talk to a person and not a bloody automated system!! Keep up the fantastic service guys xx

I’m so glad I joined MaMedica a few months ago. They are professionals, we did have some issues at the beginning but they sorted everything out very quickly. There products so far have been great, I’m 3/3 with my precipitation’s satisfaction. Also the staff are easy to deal with. I got my new prescription today, I saw it on Thursday at 11am, they approved it by 1pm sent invoice next morning and I called pharmacy to see if it would be sent on the Friday as I made the payment at 7am, I spoke with a nice lady who said she would keep an eye out for it but it will most likely be sent out Monday. A few hours later I got a confirmation email saying it will be dispatched on the same Friday. Nicola emailed me at 6pm saying it’s was all good to go and provided me with a tracking number. I checked the tracking this morning and my prescription was out for delivery. I just received it and again very happy with my medicine. Thanks to Nicola and all staff MaMedica for the speedy service. Under 72 hour service from them to my doorstep. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

I have recently joined Mamedica as a patient. They are incredibly efficient and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I recently had A LOT of queries to run by to fully understand what I was doing on my end. And the customer support I got from Dave Barlow Was 10/10 and a very pleasant experience. He was detailed and prompt in his responses to me, and it left me filled with confidence going forward with this company. Would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of this form of treatment.

I had a poor experience when i first…
I had a poor experience when i first signed up, but after sending a complaint to the management, they resolved the issue (a bad staff member). since that day ive had nothing but good experiences, they are always polite and friendly and flexable with orders. Ive had many prescriptions filled here now, the delivery is fast and tracking is provided before its even left the building.

As far as the quality of the product, and speed of delivery, I would rate 5 stars. Their customer service and willingness to answer emails when I don't have time to wait around on hold via telephone; not so good.
