I used this butcher for my meat dilivery it was packed well quick dilivery the meat was absolutely gorgeous would buy again

Just received my 4th order from here and everything is excellent, the ribeye steaks are massive 😋, just had the caramelised onion sausages, my god there delicious. Would recommend to everyone, Delivery was on time

After a recent delivery I complained about the pork steaks.The response back was very quick and money was refunded. Very good customer service and the other products in the order were fine.

Absolutely delighted with the meat. Our first time trying Mark's and I can confirm that we were not disappointed. The burgers went down a storm at our barbeque as did the sausages and the chicken was succulent and really tasty. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to all at Mark's.

We ordered sirloin joints. They all came as two small pieces in a string. Advertised as whole joints perfect for roasting or steaks. Unless you want three steaks on your plate to make up the meat of one you will be disappointed. When we contacted them we were told the joints came in small
Most people roast them. Great well we bought them for steaks not for whole joints Nothing like what was advertised arrived.

Do not buy from this company meat supplied is nothing like being advertised,mince is brown like it’s days old,lamb chops are more like mutton thin chops,pork is like a slab of fat,they do not care about customers complaints so stay far away from this company bad bad bad

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company. The first time was great, good quality meat. However, on my 2nd time of ordering, I ordered 6kg of Sirlon so i could have some nice big steaks, what arrived was very disappointing 2 x 3kg of Sirloin roasting joint, however they were not full joints, I received 2 joints slapped together to make a 3kg joint. When they came apart so I could cut some steaks they were so small and not suitable for what I wanted. I reached out to this butcher and I advised them that I wasn’t happy with what I received, there response was I have some new joints coming in, I will let you know so you can order another lot.
What a joke!! So I would have to spend over £190 to get the correct item I ordered. All I would say is steer clear and buy it from your local butcher so you can see what you are getting.

I have had major problems with ordering and payment, which was a glitch, I only found out when my order did not arrive and the bank verified the money had been paid. I wanted to write about this problem that happened twice! Mark and his team went out of their way to help correct the problem, both times, my experience with their customer relations has been excellent. I have just put another order in and it went through without a hitch, go me! Thank you Mark and team.

Great meat, very good offers and Mark delivers to the Isle of Wight not many do and the cost of meat is much more here
