Friendly and cheaper

Customer service from alisha today was great she made a change to my policy before it officially begins gave me the new price breakdown and answered another question. My issue was resolved and im happy for now.

I had a great experience with Marshmallow customer service. A special thank you to Matilda, who was very helpful, patient and professional. She took the time to explain my Marshmallow Plus policy and clarify the cover for driving other cars. She answered my questions clearly and helped me understand my insurance cover much better.

Marshmallow is very good insurance company which is give me very good service and support.

A wonderful experience so far. The customer service team are very helpful — Lana in particular helped me resolve my issue, and their responses in the app are very prompt.

Affordable price and good service

This is the second review I've written about marshmallow as I'm now nearly 6 months into a claim that hasn't been dealt with I'm nearly 9k out of pocket even after marshmallow admitting that they were in the wrong for rejecting my claim.
There communication is appalling the service is appalling the only time you ever get an answer/information is if you chase them on live chat.

If anybody is considering using this company DONT pay the extra and use an insurance company that you can actually call and speak to someone it will save you a lot of frustration and stress

I urge everyone to pay a little more and get insured with any other insurance company. MARSHMALLOW is terrible.

I dont ever leave reviews but i accidentally bought the car insurance twice and the £45 cancellation fee was mandatory. Their system does not twll you you already have a policy bought. The live chat was terrible. I was chatting with AI and when i asked for a member of team (an actual person), they replied back the next day. Very frustrating and dissapointing. Never ever coming back to Marshmallow again.

Having recently been diagnosed with cancer, and not feeling well enough to drive, I allowed my daughter in law to drive my vehicle - not realising that she would not be covered. No - I didn’t read my policy before I allowed her to use the car….
Not only has Marshmallow declined the claim (even though we said we didn’t want to claim, and were merely advising them as a courtesy) - but they have cancelled my insurance.
And to top it off - they have now sent an email addressed “I hope you’re well” - NO I am not well - I HAVE CANCER - to tell me that they expect me to pay the balance of my year’s cover ( they they’ve cancelled) - and I have 7 days to pay.
