Don’t be fooled by lower insurance
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Marshmallow Insurance. When I had a driving incident, I reported the incident, didn’t make a claim for myself. They sent 1 email asking for more information and next thing you know they made my insurance voided saying I provided misinformation. They won’t consider how long you been their customer. when you need insurance support, they will bring up some article and policy conditions to not provide you the service they are supposed to provide. Better use marshmallow when you’re a new driver then switch to a better Insurance Company.

We are sorry to hear we have not been able to keep your insurance active.
With all insurance contracts, the policy holder has to ensure that all policy terms are adhered to. Failure to do so may necessitate the policy cancellation.
As part of reviewing the incident, we requested further information and found that the vehicle was being used in a way that had not been declared and was not covered by the policy. Vehicle usage is material to whether we can offer insurance and on what terms. Based on the correct information, we would not have offered the policy.
For this reason, the policy was voided for misrepresentation in line with its terms. While we appreciate that you had been a customer for some time, the length of the relationship cannot override the requirement for policy information to remain complete and accurate.
