Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents Reviews

Anthony and his team at Martyn Gerrard just know the score. They keep in constant touch and even more important are always available to give advice — and good advice at that. In my most recent dealing his team advertised, found a tenant and sealed a deal within three days. All this, without taking shortcuts. I cannot commend them enough.

Great service Nayeem & Wayne were great highly recommend!

MG have helped me to market and sell my house. Very happy with the service I received from Jatin and the rest of the team. Punctual, professional and very helpful at all stages of the process. Thank you!

Claudia was an exceptional estate agent—always communicative and responsive. She made sure to get back to us quickly with clear, helpful answers to all our questions.

Good experience finding a lovely rental with Martyn Gerard. From the get go, Sophie was open and approachable, and Alexia was helpful and responsive with all our questions. Thanks so much both for your hard work.

We had a fantastic experience with Mittio. From start to finish, he made the entire rental process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His communication was always clear and prompt, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently.

What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail—nothing felt rushed or overlooked. He made what can often be a complicated process feel completely seamless.

We’re very grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent.

The agents, Matthew and Ralph, were very responsive, friendly and helpful, giving me clear information about timelines and next steps throughout the process of finding a new flat to rent. I felt very well looked after by both of them, as well as their manager Sheriaz. The process was very smooth and painless, taking the stress out of finding a new home

Very helpful and professional.
Always following up and offering properties and even when I couldnt make the viewings, they would send videos of the properties and the outside. I would recommend especially their zero deposit option

Working with Martyn Gerrard has felt very easy - from the initial valuation through to completion on my flat, the process has gone incredibly quickly and smoothly. They gave a realistic valuation, which meant I had an offer accepted super quickly, and the process has been smooth since! The team have been lovely to work with, with easy communication. I’d recommend!

I had an amazing experience while trying to find a property and your agent Nayeem was very helpful, me and my husband were happy with the service he provided to us we really appreciate I'll 100% recommend this agency

Highly recommend this agency and in particular Zak, who has been highly professional and very helpful in recent weeks in my property search. Zak is an absolute asset to the company and I have no doubt he will go very far in his career. He has excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop relationships whilst also being reliable, keeping channels of communication open and providing regular updates, which has provided much reassurance. Having dealt with many other agencies in recent months, I can say that this level of service is highly unusual and has been greatly appreciated

We would like to provide a glowing review for Paula, who has been absolutely outstanding in managing the finances for Falcon Court.

Beyond her excellent handling of day-to-day service charge management, Paula was instrumental during our recent Section 20 full roof refurbishment. This was a time-critical project, and Paula went above and beyond her core responsibilities to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

She managed the complexities of the cash call breakdowns with precision, adapted quickly to keep us updated with the figures available for expenditure, and handled the collection of payments from leaseholders with great efficiency. Her dedication ensured we met our financial obligations to the contractors on time, allowing the project to conclude successfully. We are incredibly grateful for her proactive approach and professionalism.
