I originally bought my flat through Martin Gerrard, so when I moved overseas they were the obvious choice to manage the rental. I ended up working with them for more than 3 years and they made it all very easy. Being out of the country, I needed someone I could trust to just get on with things and they did. Tenancies, maintenance, keeping the place occupied - it was all handled smoothly, and they kept me properly in the loop without overdoing it.

I also used them for the sale and had the same experience. Good communication, well managed, no unnecessary stress. A solid, reliable team to work with.

Wai has been diligent, proactive, professional in his dealings with the block's Directors and, his management of the various block issues has been exemplary. There was a high degree of straightforwardness and honesty which I really appreciated and a sense of fairness even though the team were working on behalf of the vendor. Following the acceptance of our offer the team were in regular contact to keep things moving and offered help as we needed. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism and approachability of the team and the high level of customer service.

4 star review only for one Block manager - Wai Lee- since he joined Martyn Gerard about 5 years ago and has been managing our block. He has been excellent- always available at the end of a phone, getting problems resolved asap and winning my trust back with Martyn Gerrard. If it were not for Wai Lee- I would have not stayed with Martyn Gerrard. Do hope you ever takes over from him shares his excellent work ethic.
