Very good and excellent service keep it up

Excellent service. Haydar was excellent throughout the process, very welcoming, helpful and efficient. The trade-in value for the car i was using as part exchange was a little under whelming however i can't fault the overall experience. Thank you Haydar for sorting out the issue with the outstanding finance attached to a previous owner, much appreciated. Looking forward to enjoying the new Mercedes. Would highly recommend to both friends and family.

I highly recommend M B Brent Park. Bought a used Mercedes, Haydar showed me around the car I was interested in. There was absolutely no pushiness, and Haydar spent time patiently answering my questions. Haydar was very helpful throughout the time between me leaving the dealership, paying my deposit and then returning to collect the car and was always there to assist me whenever I phoned with any queries.

Despite this, the team—and Mahdi in particular—were always patient, helpful, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

They consistently showed us cars based on our requirements, gave us time to think, and welcomed us back each time without any hesitation or change in attitude. Even on our third visit, when we finally found our dream car, there was no awkwardness or impatience—just the same level of professionalism and support.

What I really appreciated was their straightforward and honest approach. It made the whole buying experience comfortable and enjoyable.

GREAT SERVICE WITH ADAM!!!!

On Sunday 12th April, I was travelling up the motorway towards Harrow to inspect a property when I spotted a Mercedes EQC and mentioned to my father that it was exactly the kind of car I’d love to own. I even looked it up on AutoTrader that same morning to check prices.

After completing the inspection, we headed back towards East London and stopped at Tesco to charge our current BYD electric car. By pure coincidence, another EQC pulled up. I struck up a conversation with the driver to ask about his experience, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained that it was a company car and, as it turned out, he was the owner of MB Brent Park, just around the corner.

From that chance meeting at midday on Sunday to 6 p.m. on Monday, Adam provided an exceptional, seamless experience from start to finish. What began as a casual conversation quickly turned into a purchase, with every requirement met effortlessly.

We’re now the proud owners of an EQC, collecting it tomorrow on a very auspicious day in our Sikh calendar. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend MB Brent Park. Outstanding service throughout — they will be our supplier for life.

Unprofessional, if this company is refusing to give your deposit back take them to a small courts claim as clearly that is the only way they will hand it over. They are extremely unprofessional
