I felt I was given full attention, and additionally the confidence from having the complaint repeated back to ensure accuracy. I now await the feedback, and hope that will also merit 5 stars

Big thanks to Metrobus and especially Carol for helping me get back my phone that I lost on the bus! I filled in the online lost property form and was amazed at how quickly they got in touch. Carol was super friendly and made sure my item was safely held until collected. Really appreciate the great service - which hopefully I will not need to use again!

Very easy to use app. Can see all timetable, can do journey planning for trips. Also able to see online progress of bus when enroute to my house.

The new 400 timetable is a good thing but the service is still woefully unreliable. Not only running late (which is understandable now and again) but no information provided and sometimes buses running early!

Im currently sat jn the rain as two busses havent areived (the 100) i am now going to be late for work and have no other means of transport

The phone was answered quickly and a friendly, helpful guy named Phil knew exactly what I was talking about and was also there today at the Travel Shop when I picked up the lost item and remembered talking to me about the water bottle my son had left on the bus.

Worst bus company ever the buses don't show up on the time they are supposed to and when they do show up they never wait for elderly and vulnerable and disabled passengers to sit down. I lost my job because the bus wasn't on time and I tried an alternative route and that bus didn't show up either. So I phoned up to complain the person I spoke to tried to help but I ended up being sent on a goose chase trying to get the connecting bus which I also ended up missing yet again and the next ones wouldn't have got me to Brighton on time so I'm not very happy as I lost a days pay plus my job thanks to Metrobus and their incompetent drivers and staff in customer services . If I had the money I would have got a train instead as at least the trains stick to the timetable

A member of staff at Metrobus went out of her way to call my son’s school when he had left he’s PE kit on the bus. Which I then got notified and collected it. Excellent customer service. Many thanks

I had great experience at Crawley metrobus station they helped me step up my student bus ticket and even verified me there so I could use my ticket that day

Use a train instead. In short, metro bus needs closing down and replacing with a company that can provide a service. I feel nothing but hatred for metrobus as its a waste of time and will ruin your journey.

I had lost my laptop on the metro bus. The efficient support team very well coordinated with my calls and I received the laptop back just in two days time from their travel shop. I appreciate that the support team were very cooperative and answered me politely every time I called them. I have been traveling on the metro bus for couple of years now and am very happy with their service.

Just took a bus 400 and driver did not stop when pressed a STOP button. When told him about instead of simply be apologetic he stated he doesn’t understand why I couldn’t get out on the next stop. He doesn’t need understand but perhaps stop when we asked for it as it is his job after all and apologise when you’re in a wrong and not just continue to argue.Shame on you,journey costs money and it was not a free ride.

Wife mislaid backpack whilst on the bus. Returned a day later Thank you.

The message says approx a 15 minute wait to have your call answered. I've just been on 28 minutes and so fed up of listening to their music I've given it up as a bad job. They're either needing more staff, all on holidays or so sick of talking to people complaining they've all either gone on strike, called in sick or just walked out and who can blame them.......

Spoke to Carol and Leslie, made the process both fast and easy. A welcoming environment that almost makes me want to lose something again.
