Michael Poole Estate & Lettings Agents Reviews

Great service from start to finish. Kept me informed and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Relocating to another town is hard and even trying to find the right property especially when you’re 3 hours away. I would personally like to thank Mr Aslan Manzur for everything. The whole renting process has gone smoothly. Through this process he has provided clear communication, very supportive and professional.

Sale as far as Michael Poole could affect went smoothly.
Bought the house with them 25 years ago and received discount on the sale.
Very happy with the service

I have been dealing with Yarm Office and have received great service, although there were challenges selling our property we were truly supported by the team at Michael Poole especially Nick. He made the process a lot less stressful with his professionalism and experience.

Great experience and would definitely recommend the team at a Michael Poole’s in Ingleby

Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect. Particular mention to Matthew who valued the property with kindness and understanding but prize must go to Jack Johnston who was really supportive at a very difficult time. He kept my faith in the whole process and dealt with my emotions with the utmost respect.

Dannielle was very helpful and friendly and made my experience smooth and non-stressful. Thank you Dannielle! You are the best :)

Helen has been proactive and a pleasure to talk to throughout the process of selling my property . Huge thankyou !

From David Poole taking us through valuation to completion of sale yesterday the whole process was professionally done but very personable too. Huge thanks to Stacey at Nunthorpe office for her knowledge & expertise in guiding us through the sale liasing between ourselves & the buyer regularly making the whole process less daunting.I would highly recommend using Michael Poole

I would like to sincerely commend Stacey Holmes for their outstanding support and professionalism during the recent purchase of my home. From the very first viewing to final completion, their service was marked by exceptional reliability, prompt communication, and a genuine dedication to ensuring the process ran smoothly.
Throughout what can often be a stressful time, Stacey Holmes was consistently available, provided timely updates, and showed an impressive attention to detail. Their calm, knowledgeable approach gave me confidence every step of the way, and their commitment to keeping me informed made the experience both manageable and rewarding.
It’s rare to encounter such unwavering support and professionalism in this industry, and I am truly grateful to have had Stacey Holmes by my side during this significant milestone.
Warmest thanks, Helen Kilner 9 Whinfell Avenue, date of move 11.7.2025

Great Service from Stacey and Derek. Very knowledgable and kept us fully informed every step of the way and really maximised the value we got for the house

In the Redcar office I must thank Jack who put me onto Helen Nicholson. Both were proactive and Helen excellent with customer relations.
Indeed, Helen was able to identify issues and resolve them!
Thanks to all along the way..

I instructed Michael Poole Nunthorpe to sell a property for me and can’t praise them highly enough. David came to value the property and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did the viewings on my behalf which was very much appreciated. It was Victoria who dealt with the sale and I felt totally confident and relaxed, words not normally associated with selling a house. It’s obvious David, Victoria and all the staff enjoy their job and want to help. I can’t thank them enough.

I have been supported by MP for many years as someone that has rented a property through them, there has been some communication errors initially however during a tenancy deposit dispute Oliver acted as the communicator between myself and landlord. Oliver was helpful, listened and was able to negotiate on my behalf. Thank you

Whilst trying to find out next home we had been dealing with Sarah who understood our needs and requirements and over several months we identified a property.

From the initial call to moving in Sarah went over and above nothing was too much trouble and is a credit to Michael Poole

From my first contact with Isobel when viewing the property through to dealing with Helen (both Redcar branch) with regards to then purchasing the property, they were both extremely helpful, friendly and informative. It was an easy process with Michael Poole and I am now very happy in my new home - thank you very much.

Stacey has been so helpful in helping us across our house move. Her responses are very speedy and effective. Thank you.

I would like to thank Molly at the Billingham branch for assisting with the sale of our house. She was very responsive to all questions asked which made the process very easy and stress free!

Just completed the sale of our house through Michael Poole in Nunthorpe and the team were absolutely brilliant, big thanks to Victoria who looked after us through the whole process.

The team were very professional at all times and kept me updated through the whole process. A mention for my case handler Helen who was excellent and solved more than one problem not of her own making. Thank you.
