I contacted Robert after I had been quoted for a Pride Dorchester recline chair , I explained to him what I wanted and he immediately gave me a quote saving me in the region of £1000 . My whole experience with Robert was faultless leading to the delivery of my chair which I must say I am over the moon with it ie quality comfort easy controls . I will not hesitate in using Robert again or recommending him to my family and friends . Thankyou Robert for your service.

I was going to say exceptional, outstanding, knowledgeable,great customer service,cheery, helpful, genuine. Unfortunately for me they've all been said before and the fact is they are all true about Robert and Mobility Products 4 U.

From the very start of the process when we made initial product enquiries to the very end following delivery of the chair we purchased, we have found that nothing is too much trouble. The company (Robert) has offered us such a personalised service that you don't experience anywhere else these days. He went out of his way to source additional measurements that we asked for which weren't something offered as standard; he kept me up to date with my order and even tried to get our product delivered sooner once he found out about our family's situation. The family are currently going through an anxious, complex and time-consuming period of hospital discharge for my father-in-law and the way Robert has supported us and handled our purchase has just helped to ease some of that anxiety knowing we were in good hands.

The Pride Weymouth we've purchased is exactly what we needed; it was delivered perfectly and on time and very comfortable - really happy with the product.

I've also now started reading Robert's blogs regularly too as there's some great information in there - a lot of which is from his own first hand experience.

I needed 2 x 2ft6ins mattresses suitable for an electric beds. Found what i ordered very easily and was contacted very quickly with confirmation of order. Delivery a week later to room of choice . Would reccomend

I have osteoarthritis in my hip and whilst waiting for my hip replacement operation found it more and more difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. I did some research of my own regarding electric adjustable beds and then after looking at the website contacted Robert from mobilityproducts4u.org as I liked the layout of the website and choice of beds.
It’s difficult to buy things over the Internet without actually trying it first but Robert’s advice and recommendations were second to none and I soon came to a decision as to the right bed to buy.

I’m absolutely delighted with it and find it very easy to operate both in and out of the bed. It’s very comfortable and warm. I’m glad I went for the softer mattress - it makes a difference both comfort and warmth wise. I’m used to a firm mattress usually. I very quickly found the position that gives me the most relief. Its versatility to find a comfortable position is excellent.
I can get in and out of bed without assistance, although I will probably need some help post-op for a bit.
At least now my husband and I can both get a decent night’s sleep till I’ve had the operation.

I’ve had 2 recliner chairs from this company, first class service and price were excellent , I also must mention the man who made all this possible Robert Winchurch who from start to finish followed my order through to get the chairs up to Aberdeen, an excellent man and company to deal with, I would have no hesitation in buying other products from this company.

Excellent service start to finish . I ordered two duel motor riser recliners for my parents. Robert made me feel like an important customer from the moment we spoke on the phone... something i did not experience from any of my local mobility shops. Robert kept me up dated through out. The delivery company were also excellent. My parents are absolutely delighted with their nice new comfortable chairs. Would definitely recommend this company and i'm sure we will use them again in the future.

I would like to thank Robert for the excellent service and advice he provided when I purchased a mattress for my elderly mother. I needed the mattress as quickly as possible and Robert ordered it and arranged for it to be delivered very quickly. He also contacted me regularly with updates regarding the progress and delivery. Robert delivered both excellent service and advice. We replaced two mattresses for an adjustable bed and not sure what we required but Robert pointed us in the right direction. Have just taken delivery of 2 swivel chairs this morning and my husband loves them. They were very easy to assemble and are really comfortable. Robert provided great customer service! Whilst unfortunately the chair I was looking to buy was out of stock due to the current pandemic, Robert went out of his way to point me in the direction of other chairs that may have been suitable.
