Buying an electric bed is a huge responsibility on getting the right one from the right company at a realistic price.
I was very lucky, after researching other companies I came across Mobility Products 4 U and Robert Winchurch. He couldn't possibly have been any more efficient or helpful and was even on top of my order with contacting the manufacturer and myself via phone from his holiday in Greece.
The bed arrived and is perfect, the mattress is the most comfortable ever and the price was certainly realistic.

Everything happened exactly as stated by Robert, even though he was on holiday at the time of my order. Nothing was too much trouble and the sprung interior mattresses look a very high quality product. I found this company as a result of a Google search for reclining chairs suitable for use on a narrowboat. I quickly found they had a product that seemed to meet my requirements, and telephoned to confirm details of colours. I spoke to a most helpful gentleman called Robert, who not only took the trouble to contact the manufacturer on my behalf regarding my query, but also informed me that a new colour had just been added, which was exactly what I was looking for. Upon placing my order, I found I could have the chairs delivered to the marina where I keep my boat, which was most helpful. Delivery was prompt, and assembly easy. The chairs are an excellent product at a very fair price. I subsequently received a call from Robert to confirm all was well. I cannot praise this company highly enough.

Excellent service from Robert. Robert has excellent customer service skills. Very polite and more than willing to help. I placed my order over the phone on a Friday and my chairs were delivered the following Tuesday. Robert kept in touch throughout to let me know when they would be delivered. We had a faulty seat on one of the chairs so we called Robert and he was very apologetic. A new seat was sent to us which again arrived very quick. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Brilliant personal attention re my order , having to change the colour but sorted by Richard withoutproblem. He rang and emailed me to keep me informed. Carriers took too long after receiving the goods but otherwise delighted with the chair. Just need the time to try it out properly. Too busy.

The best price I found for Pride's Westminster dual motor riser-recliner chair with adjustable lumbar and head support, and I got to talk to a real live person in the process! Robert Winchurch is a pleasure to deal with and the best sort of middle man to have between consumer and manufacturer. He handled my frustration over the difficulties I experienced in getting fabric samples for the chair (recommended although the choice is limited - any colour as long as it's brown with just a slight variation in shade) and liaised with Pride to have them resent again and again until I got them. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and will do business with them again.

I ordered the mattress for my husband who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and is often 'stuck' in bed. Robert was so helpful when I phoned and asked about the mattress, I do appreciate his attentiveness and clear explanation. The mattress arrived on the day it was promised and I was delighted to see the logo made in Britain. It has made such a difference for my husband - providing support and comfort for him. We bought twin electric beds from Robert, the best thing we have done for a while. With my husband having COPD being able to have the back adjusted to suit him, his sleep pattern has been much improved as a result of buying them.

The service we received from our pre buying stage to the beds being delivered two weeks later was a joy, Robert gives personal one to one service as he knows all there is to know about beds, and that each clients needs are different.
